Recently Twitch and WarGaming, as well as other advertisers, collaborated on "Twitch drops" Somehow, Twitch is able to determine which tab is on top and being viewed by visitors to the website. It's one thing for Twitch to know I'm visiting the website, and quite another for them to determine if in fact the tab I have open is front and center. Seems to me this is a privacy issue that needs to be addressed.? (I have not yet determined if this Twitch snooping is working in private tabs yet, but I soon will)

Firefox crashed and I couldn't get it restarted. I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. I lost all of my bookmarks, logins and other information. What do I do to recover it?

When I sign in on my Microsoft Account FF Password Manager Does nothing. I open up the passwords but the manager does nothing. How do I correct this? It is as if FF does not recognize I am being prompt for login info. This only happens with this cite. Thank You for your time Mike

I am using firefox 120.0 version. I use OneDrive extensively, but now when I open a folder and type my info to search on. It no longer works. I have cleared cache. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. Power off/Power on my system. Confirmed I am using the latest version. The search on OneDrive works in Chrome, but I prefer using Firefox. Any other suggestions I can try?

I used Firefox Sync when I bought my new computer and it worked perfectly. This time, I had to reset my computer and forgot my password. Using my account associated email, I reset my password and my information was gone.

I deleted some emails on the weekend by mistake so I went into trash to retrieve them but couldn't find them. I checked again this morning and they are still not there. Please help Thank you, Basma Brown

When I open firefox it opens on the "success" page it should open on my selected page Yahoo.com

this happened after I ran the "refresh firefox" option

What would cause websites not responding. I have no malware and the cache is clean. Could it be in the properties, or whatever.

Hi - I just reset my PC and trying to restore Firefox. I saved the default release folder (qejikze4.default-release-1669319412153) which contains the latest bookmarks in the "bookmarkbackups" folder. I tried to just replace the bookmark file in the new install (how I previously transfered them), but I can't find the files in the latest V.120 version. Any suggestions on how I can do it?

I have attempted to follow published instructions on how to manage extensions but the steps described are completely wrong. When I click the extensions icon, it opens the add-ons tab (does not present a list of extensions). There is no "gear" next to any of my extensions; just the on/off button and the .... button.

How can I force an extension to show on the toolbar?

Firefox is up to date (version 120.0).

My computer crashed while updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had someone look at it and he formatted my hard drive and only did a partial backup of files. I thought my Mozilla Firefox account was syncing, but it seems like it did not happen in a while. Does anyone know if there's any hope in recovering the lost tabs and bookmarks? I'm having an issue with Fidelity Investments website logging me off after 5-10 minutes of inactivity. Before Fidelity's website redesign, I could go at least 30 minutes or more without having to login again. It seems now I have to login constantly.

I have contacted Fidelity, but the said it was a Firefox issue, however, I cannot find any information about this issue (or I don't know where to look).

How do I extend the time before needing to login again? Thoughts on if is this even a Firefox issue or is it Fidelity's website?

I opened my bookmarks today to find out that all my bookmarks are showing the same web address (Chevrolet.com). And when I went to Recovery, I only found the backup that Firefox did today with the single web address for all my bookmarks. Firefox was updated to version 120 on 11/21/2023.

After updating to Windows 11, all my Firefox webpages backgrounds are colored black even after choosing a light theme which only changes bookmarks and toolbar to white. I want white background like my old Firefox ?
