I keep getting a message that says on YouTube "experiencing interruptions, find out why?'. The videos pause and are choppy. When I click find out why, it's telling me to turn off my high resolution. I don't even know how to do this. My tower is connected to a samsung hd smart tv, that serves as my monitor. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse. The message is constant - all day long, every day. Can you please help me fix this problem. I am a paying member of YouTube Premium. Thank you.

Here is a rather long winded explanation of my problem initially prepared for an email to Firefox until I found out that was not a possibility. Hello Agent, I have a problem with Firefox described as follows: I have an account with a company called Eversfield Organic an organic meat company. They have a facility whereby the delivered cold packs and insulating material can be returned to them via DPD free of charge. To achieve this a form has to be completed on Eversfields site to enable a returns label to be printed. When attempting to complete this form one line of this form will not accept an input. This item is called the “Country” which should read “United Kingdom”. I cannot input this manually or by my password manager “RoboForm” which temporary inputs United Kingdom until I release the mouse button when it goes blank again. I have tried the Google Chrome and Opera browsers which work perfectly using this system. So logically it would appear that there is a fault with Firefox which is a shame since it is my preferred browser. It would be appreciated if you can provide a solution to this problem. As i said I want to disable the crtl + W shortcut but i cant find a way to do it. This shortcut makes my day a lot harder cos i sometimes press it by accident. It's annoying. Please help m e unbind/delete it :)

fire fox usually has one row of frequently visited /fav web sites come up on the home page, but it has stopped doing this and even when i try and add them manually it wont accept them, the same when i try and boo marl a web page

I tried to pay my Wells Fargo VISA bill online as I do every month. This morning it listed all my accounts correctly on the 'Accounts' screen, but when I clicked the options to transfer money, depending on the screen I was on, it gave a message "you do not have two accounts to transfer money from and to" (not the exact wording.)

I tried to use a different path to do the same thing, and on that screen it displayed the 'FROM' accounts correctly but the "TO" account area was blank.

I had to close Firefox, load Edge, and was able to transfer the money from the checking account and pay the VISA bill.

This has never happened before and I have done this transfer and pay operation every month for years. Something has changed in the browser and needs to be fixed.

I have some Bookmarks on my laptop. I have some of these Bookmarks (Not all) on my tablet, plus some other Bookmarks.

If I sync them, which direction does the sync work in? Will all my Bookmarks on my laptop now appear on my tablet (Which I do not want to happen)? Will all my Bookmarks on my tablet now appear on my laptop (Which I do want)? Will I end up with two copies of most Bookmarks, because all my laptop Bookmarks are transfered to my tablet, plus all my tablet Bookmarks are transfered to my laptop?

I cannot find any explanatioin of what Sync actually does.

I have been using Firefox to log into the Social Security site for years. Today, I am unable to log in, after trying several approaches. I switched to Chrome and was able to log in immediately. What has changed in Firefox?

Unrelated issue. On this page is an option to "share data." When I tried it, nothing showed up, but there was a link to explain how to do it manually. When I went back to this page, it was blank, and I had to start over again. Not good website design!

Dear Community,

I am trying to download a large file. Am on a course, and the main tutor has given the group a file to download. Have tried downloading this 5 times, but get little luck. The file that I would want to download is 8.5GB, and the furthest I get is about 4GB.

I have 2 questions about this.

1) I seem to have a very 'in and out internet connection. It seems to go down at times for no reason, cutting off the download. Is there anything I could do about this? How could I troubleshoot this, please? 2) Does anybody know of any special tools that I can use to download in a more efficient manner, please? Perhaps an extension for Firefox might be able to do this, perhaps? Kind Regards to Anyone Answering this Query, Marek

Information panels show a mail has arrived but it does not arrive in my inbox. Therefore I can get no replies. Inbox display is totally different and nothing is ordered as before, by date etc.

I printed a receipt for my job, but in the tab once I click "return to profile", the receipt disappears and I cannot retrieve it again. However, is there a way to retrieve my firefox print history at all and just reprint it from there?

It has reinstalled all my other extentions, but hasn't my password manager for some reason. Or at least I can't find it. I also can't remember the name of it, and so don't know what to search to download it again. Is there a way to see historic extentions or something?

I visited Twitter and Facebook looking to contact Graham Hancock. I had to signup. But now everytime I open my browser ---- Twitter and Facebook automatically open up. HOW DO I GET RID OF THESE 2.

Machine is Windows 10 with a Logitech wireless keyboard. Latest Firefox browser. Not always but sometimes when using Firefox browser to log in somewhere or enter data on some web site, I'll get an incorrect entry for a key stroke. e.g. I enter a 0 and get a 1. But if I enter a 1 I get a 1. So far the error key has always been different.

I've tested things by launching a notepad or Word document and entering the character and in those all works fine. But go back to Firefox and I get the error again. What I have to do is to close and re-launch Firefox and so far this fixes things. It's an intermittent problem which forces me to keep another browser on the machine and ready. Imagine entering a password when all of a sudden you type 'X' and it gives you an 'E'. Really frustrating!
