I'm no longer able to share multiple documents through Dotloop. For years if you click mutliple files a new button pops up that says share and allows you to send all that has been checked, as of today I can say that no longer happens. I tried in Edge and it still works fine. See attached images, one from Firefox the other Edge

I have an old Firefox account/accounts that is no longer used and there have been attempts to access it by someone other than me, I very much would like it deleted and and my data associated with that/those accounts removed, there have been several attempts by someone to gain access to it, i would resolve it myself but i also have no access to it anymore or associated email (mediamonkeysolutions494) and i was forced to create the current account that i am on, which is fine im ok with this, but as for my old account/accounts it needs to go so that i can have peace of mind, if support could contact me I would be grateful. again it is not this account that needs attention, but an old account/accounts no longer used, yes I have had user difficulties with recovering accounts at the time hence is why i created my current one i use

For the last two days, I have been unable to properly open AOL on my laptop using my default browser, Firefox. No ability to read email and the whole presentation was drastically different and unusable. I can open AOL just fine on my IPhone through the AOL app or by just checking mail. I called tech support at AOL and they directed me to use a different browser. I switched to Google Chrome and could see the normal AOL in both the classic and new format. I hope that you figure out what the interface problem is as I prefer Firefox's privacy and other policies. But I can't use it on my laptop unless you solve the problem. Just sayin'. I have KODI/Linux as my means to Watch TV & Movies.

I also like to watch AFL Football, Live Streamed using Kayo Subscription on Firefox.

When watching AFL Football Video Streaming, I encounter a Serious Video Buffering Problem, whereby the Video constantly stops, but the Audio continues. I do not Stream other Videos.

I have read an article that states that Bitrate can be adjusted to improve this annoying condition, but I cannot find a Setting for this in my Firefox or other Browsers.

Can an Expert on Live Streaming pass Comment on this Problem and how it can be corrected at the Customers End. Thank you.

Hi, I have recently reset my phone and lost all my Google Authenticator codes. This required me to jump through a lot of hoops to get access back to all of my accounts (I'm still in the process for some accounts). On one occasion, I had backup recovery codes, but they weren't working. I noted that some organisations have the ability to view your recovery key and codes, and others don't. Does Firefox have the ability to do this so that users know that if something happens, they will be able to recover? If not, is this something they can implement?

After the most recent (or possibly the one before) Firefox update, when I am streaming radio via a radio player website, the stream keeps switching itself off after 10 minutes regardless of other activity on the machine.

Apparently, this was reported a while ago (ca. 2020) but has only affected my experience per the above updates.

Windows 10, latest Firefox version, e.g., url: https://siradio.si/val202/ but same behaviour with others sites.

Sometimes clicking on a link will work, sometimes not. Sometimes, in yahoo finance sometimes I can enlarge a graph to full page size, sometimes not. The issue is not with my computer or the website because I have no problems with Chrome (other than an aversion to their "privacy" policies). I don't like Microsoft Edge because of the constant invitations to buy microsoft products.

Windows 10, firefox v 111.0.1. 64 bit. The problem got worse a few weeks ago.

For some reason all my saved passwords disappeared. I've tried saving them each time the pop up asks if I'd like to save them. I've read every article. Followed all directions. Nothing works. Help please.

In browser settings i've disabled telemetry and data sharing with "mozilla". Why do put mozilla in quotes? Because the data is actually going to google. I'm monitoring my computers connections and i see firefox connecting to google immediately after opening the browser, that's without connecting to any website. Firefox used to be a great privacy browser, these times are long gone and it's a shame. Mozilla, you have lost all honor.

Plus, libraries of firefox are proprietary? Which part exactly? Forks of firefox are most likely affected by the sroprietary libraries aren't they...

Firefox browser hangs on page graphics when GData AV program is running. This is becoming a persistent and annoying issue. I disabled the several add-ons one by one, and narrowed it down to the GData AV program. This also affects trying to log out of gmail where the hang is perfect. Disabling GData this, and warm reset everything then works fine. The problems don´t occur with GChrome.

How can one be sure which embedded program is actually causing the problem as all work and interface together ?

I have set an google meet with my friends. we were hearing each other very well but when we start to share our screen for example an video from YouTube they can't hear the video's audio. I have checked my microphone during the screen sharing it was on. But still they couldn't hear the audio of the video. During the share screen they heard my voice but they didn't heard the audio of the video. We tried on Google Chrome everything worked very well then we turned back to Mozilla same issue happened again. I don't want to use again Google Chrome so please help me with this issue. Long story short; On a Meet they can hear my voice on microphone, but when i share my screen they can't hear the audio from a YouTube video but they can still hear my voice. Please help ASAP!

I can no longer scroll pages on this website. This is a recent change, not sure whether it's tied to a Firefox release or they changed their website....

I've imported all bookmarks, login data and everything else from Brave browser to Firefox and I can use Firefox as if I'm using Brave. All my data have been imported. Until here everything is ok, but I switched my pc and started to use Firefox with my Firefox account and enabled sync. Boookmarks and login information that I saved before importing have been synched but the imported data haven't been synched. So I can't use any login info or bookmarks from old Brave.

I've double checked sync options and see that everything that can be synched are checked.

What can I do to fully synchonise my browsers?

After the last update, I cannot log onto rakuten.com. I get the error message, "Oops. There was a problem. Please refresh page and try again." When I try to use "Forgot Password" the page does not refresh. I can log on when I use Google Chrome.

I am not sure how to describe this problem I am having with Firefox, e.g., when I tap Ebay icon it goes to Ebay BUT only in Spanish? Will not allow me to do anything but view everything in Spanish? This just happened several days ago and I am suspicious that I have been hacked? This only happens as far as I can tell with Ebay? Now add this to equation, happens with Google browser also? However, it does not happen with Microsoft Edge, with ME I can get to Ebay in english?

I don't know how to fix this, one more thing, even when I do a search on web for Ebay I only get the search for Ebay in Spanish - in other words I cannot get to Ebay english? Tell me what is wrong here?

I have trouble logging into Yahoo email using Firefox, since the last update. It gives error message that site cannot be reached. I can go into settings, Privacy and clear data and then it logs in just fine, but to do this EVERY time I try to log in is a real PITA. Does not happen on other browsers.

I have used Firefox for many years, on a Windows 10 64 bit desktop with DuckDuckGo Search engine. Two websites I subscribe to will not let me use firefox to sign in using Firefox. However Microsoft Edge allows me to sign in. WHY do I have a problem using Firefox?

Do some of my settings need to be changed?

PS Also why is it so difficult finding the version # ? this used to be using the about option and I can't find that anymore.

I use Chrome for the college where I teach but I know I can use Firefox it I choose to. So, I tried logging into the college site on FireFox but no matter what I do it tells me the password is wrong. It is the password I use on Chrome and is tied to the college site. How do I get it to work in FireFox? What am I missing? Thanks, LucyVan
