Are there any reports of erased history lately? Perhaps since v122.01? I had history that goes way back.

I few of my profiles have a month's worth I don't sync. I have these two profiles in particular that are quite distinct from one another. Nothing in common, but both only have history for the past two days. None of my related settings have been altered.

I tried replacing places.sqlite from backups, but unless they were backed up that way, it did not help.

Здравствуйте. К своему стыду не могу разобраться. Поставил опции, во вкладке безопасность, удалять Куки и Историю по выходу из Firefox. При этом история сохраняется, при последующем запуске браузера. Так же при следующем запуске браузера, при авторизации на сайтах, автоматически заполняется поле "логин", "телефон". Как сделать что бы не заполнялся и была очищена история? Спасибо.

windows 10 pro pc show all the booklinks however, synch to an Iphone 14 to ipad 9th generation and it does not synch. I have tried all the fixes and nothing works. Time to stop using Mozilla products? what the devil is going on with the Mozilla staff? Hard to provide a contribution when products don't work!

I had Wavve.co app installed on my laptop. Was using it but started to have problems (ie, the app slowing and then not working at all). Firefox showed me a message that said something to the effect that this page was slowing down the browser, did I want to "Stop Page"?

So I clicked "Stop Page", but now even after doing a reset to a date PRIOR to installing the app, I still cannot access the app on this laptop. Will I now need to switch to another browser to continue working with Wavve? Is there ANY way to UNDO that action? Suggestions?

I want the tab button to stop navigating any web page. Im tired of the alt tab shortcut moving my focus around and forcing me to completely refresh a page just to interact with it again.

Please do not tell me to use about:config browser.toolbars.keyboard_navigation. It doesnt work because its not what im looking for. I want to disable the tab key in my browser. Period. 100% gone. Stop bothering me ever again type deal.

Is there a way to disable tab key navigation that doesnt require a year of coding experience with an obscure addon that probably doesnt work as of 10 updates ago?

I want GPO option in ADDS, which do not open closed pages where i login by user and password. For example udemy.com where i logged by user and password, close Mozila. Next open mozila put udemy.com and it open last session as authenticated status (User and Pass). I do not want this.

What i performed by GPO. Password Manager -Disabled

If you type "% [search term]" in your search bar, it will try to search your existing tabs for any tabs that fit the criteria. The problem is, firefox is making odd decisions on what to display in the search results. I was under the impression that Firefox would prioritize the most frequently used tabs in the search results, but this no longer appears to be true, or the criteria used is more complex than that.

As an example, in the attached screenshot, i am searching for tabs with the keyword "Stellaris". But for some reason, Firefox refuses to show me any reddit tabs with "Stellaris" in them, and is instead showing a list of tabs that are much less frequently used.

Is there any way to get the search results to prioritize the most frequently used tabs, change what shows up in the search results, etc? I know i can type "stellaris reddit" to narrow down the search results, but i would prefer that the search results prioritize the msot frequently used tabs.

After facebook messenger upgraded their security chat with end to end encryption call/video is not possible in firefox. Call/video buttons even disappeared. However i can call from microsoft edge web browser for example. Is this some kind of bug with mozilla? Anyone have experienced this too?

Help. Ionos is my website host. My site works just as I want it to using Firefox with popup images. Problem is when I look at same site using Google Chrome nine different popups on lines 828-870 further down page do not popup those popups like lines 455, 460,467, 477, 675 and 685 do when rolling mouse over highlight words when I use Firefox. We need to configure our firefox settings on mac to use with a zebra printer & lightspeed label printing. We have worked with zebra support and lightspeed support, and the firefox version 122.0 does not let us "save" the about:config settings needed to print. We put them in, but it reverts back and doesnt let us save the steps defined in this section of the article:

I was taking a Government mandated test conducted by NTN, this exams are proctored and I have to run lock down software in order to take them, have webcam on etc. Part of the process is making sure that no other software is open and running in my task bar, which the proctor verifies. While I was about an hour into the test everything was shut down and I was notified by browser that the proctor shut my exam down and I needed to contact support.

So I opened a ticket and they told me that their software detected Firefox launching in the background. Because of that the proctor took action and disqualified me for cheating/opening software during an exam.

The huge frigging issue is, I DID NO SUCH GODDAMN THING. Firefox was 100% off and I never even went near the goddamn thing, they watch everything you do on screen as well and my mouse never even moves towards the taskbar at all. I was in the middle of watching a video clip in the exam to answer questions about it.

Long story short, I'm in a lot of trouble. I'm not going to jail or anything like that, but I am being accused of cheating and have had the job offer rescinded. I really needed this job and wouldn't jeopardize it in a million years. Like come on ffs it was a video about what you would do in a situation, what the hell am I going to Google??

Can anyone offer any insight, or some way to prove to them that I didn't do anything. Is there some Windows log or Firefox log or something that would show that I never launched it? NTN Tech support feels that it was some sort of background process or update, but the rules are the rules.

I never really used firefox password before, I decided not to use the master password function, but today Pocket was not opening, i was prompted for password, so I changed my firefox password, and now icon at top of screen says my firefox account is disconnected? Help! .

As I am a corporate website administrator and I use an ultra-wide monitor with a resolution of 3840x1600 pixels, I need to be able to run firefox with window size of full HD to verify the compatibility of the site for common displays.

How can I ensure that the Firefox window always starts at this size?

In the case of Chrome, you just add the parameter -window-size=1920,1080

Unfortunately, this solution does not work here (so it worked in older versions).

I found some plugins that promised this, but none worked correctly.

I find the option to set a default size to be very basic and essential and prevents me from switching from Chrome to Firefox.

I'm currently consuming APIs hosted on an external server using Java( or any other server side language), and everything works smoothly. However, when attempting to consume the same APIs in JavaScript, I encounter the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' error.

After some research, I discovered that browsers implement security checks leading to this issue. Can anyone advise on how to disable these security checks or resolve this issue when accessing the website in the Firefox browser? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have tried using autofill for credit cards. The pop up to enter a password pops up and I fill that in. The credit card options are there and I click on the one I want and nothing fills in. I went to settings to turn off the request for authentication, unticked the box, and see no where to save that. When I refresh the screen, the box is once again ticked.
