I'm using a macbook pro, running OS 14.6.1. Firefox is my default browser.

For quite some time now, whenvever I'm attempting to make an online purchase, once my payment information is entered, it just hangs, and either takes as much as 10 minutes for the purchase to go through, or it never goes through, it just keeps spinning. This is the case regardless of what website I'm ordering from, and regardless of what credit card i use.

When I switch browsers to Chrome (which i prefer not to do), it all works seamlessly and immediately.

My Firefox browser is up to date. My OS is a little out of date, deliberately, because of many reports that the current update can actually slow things down. But in spite of this, I have no trouble with anything except trying to make a purchase.

In order to connect to Amazon using Firefox on my PC, I am required to scan a QR code with my phone and then, presumably, connect via Firefox or Amazon apps (instructions woefully unclear). It NEVER works. It's no big deal, but it is annoying, particularly since I want to use Firefox as my default browser. I can always connect via Google or Edge. For those of us who aren't tech savvy, why don't you add standard two-factor authentication or Windows Hello as an option?

When trying to access Facebook via the Firefox browser, the browser screen immediately grays-out and freezes? It is the only web site doing this, and it doesn't happen with other browsers. I have attempted to contact Mozilla technical support and their only response is to refer me to a forum, instead of providing actual technical support. I have reinstalled Firefox, I have created a new profile, I have cleared my browser history, emptied the cache, etc., yet this problem persists. How do I get actual, real Mozilla technical support from Mozilla for help with this issue, instead of being referred to a forum, or do I just not use your product due to lack of actual customer support? How do I contact an actual person at the Mozilla corporate offices about lack of real Mozilla customer support?

Hello, I am facing a strange issue while using Firefox browser. When I try to play LetterBoxed NYT, the game sometimes gets stuck on the loading screen or loads very slowly. The same website works fine on other browsers like Chrome and also on Android devices, so I’m not sure if this is a browser compatibility issue or something related to caching, cookies, or browser settings.

I have already tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, and updating Firefox to the latest version, but the issue still appears occasionally. Could this be related to browser security settings, DNS resolution, or performance optimization? Please guide me on what settings I should check or change in Firefox to make this web game run smoothly.

In Firefox (up to date yes) when I embed a YT video to the forums I use, it comes up with an YouTube Configuration Error 153.

How do I fis this? YT embedded on Chrome & Brave etc play perfectly, but Mozilla always sends me to YouTube itself.

I need to use Firefox to login to Jpay.com because the company that manages the video visits for this site, Securus has stopped working on my other browsers.

I can enter my username and password on Chrome and Edge, and get logged in. But the video visit will no longer work from those browsers. I have removed Firefox and reinstalled it to be sure I have the latest version. When I enter my username and password for Jpay.com from Firefox, it does nothing. I am stuck on the login screen. I have looked at extensions and settings, but not sure what could be blocking me from logging in.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I'm seeing silver-coloured shades on my facebook page after logging in with the firefox browser (see images). They fill all access tabs, my contacts' tabs, and also the spaces in the comment sections. They remain there as long as the page is loading up. And disappear whenever the page loading stops. I told the Facebook support about it weeks ago. But they still show on my facebook page, which makes me think that it might not be facebook related since I didn't see them on my same desktop with MS edge. This noshow on latter is what prompted me to think it might be browser related. That is why I'm turning to you guys. So can anyone help with this please ?

I have for years used Firefox for logging into BofA. I have not changed my configuration but 4 or 5 months ago I started having problems. My browser is always up to date and I have standard privacy settings. In the past the problem was that the authentication wouldn't work, then firefox would freeze I would have to close the browser - when I restarted I would still be logged in (which seems strange). Now most recently when I log it it doesn't accept my credentials. I have tried removing BofA from enhanced protections and clearning the cookies related to BofA - but the problem persists.

I am logging in on my Apple laptop (by means of password protector) and using a FIDO device for authentication.  I usually get a failure message before I have even activated the FIDO device; then if I try again the whole browser freezes - no windows will work (yet when checking "force quit" it doesn't show it not responding.)

It displays fine in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. My main browser is Firefox. Is there something wrong with my Firefox settings? firefox 147.0.3 64Bit

When I try to connect to the SSA login site, I get this message:

"Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

If I use Microsoft Edge, the login works fine.

Answer: Thanks for flagging this. We’re aware that some parts of the newsletter may not display correctly in Firefox, while they do load in other browsers. Unfortunately, this is a browser-specific issue and not something we’re able to control on our end.

My firefox will not connect properly with the Bing Home page. It often provides a message "cannot connect" and when I click on that, it does. But yesterday, when I did that, all that came up was a screen with just a solid colour and the search bar on it. I used my Safari browser to access Bing, but I don't like using Safari. Our main site http://wlo418.tripod.com/worldlibertarianorder/ and the many others with the same domain, when clicked upon, get a Bad Gateway error page in Firefox, but not with any other browsers. Do you have a server problem? Please fix this at your earliest convenience. We are not interested in comments by anyone's "community". Roy C Peterson

Any ideas ?
