Since I updated to 144.0.2 (aarch64) I cannot sign out clicking on my profile and also have trouble signing into my outlook account. Worked fine before update. Is there a fix? I'm running on MacOS

I'm so frustrated! I don't have time for this... I try to use my pw, it gets rejected. I hit "Forgot pw". I get confirmation code. I use confirmation code. I use computer-generated pw and Moz saves it. I try to log in again and pw gets rejected.

I am trying to get to my account to find out why the VPN I've been paying for for years is not active.

I’m writing to report an ongoing issue I’ve been experiencing with Firefox over the past few months.

Within the last four months, Firefox has logged me out of every account I was signed into on three separate occasions. Each time this happens, all saved sessions are cleared and I have to sign back into every service again manually.

I haven’t intentionally cleared cookies, site data, or browsing history, and I’m not using private browsing when this occurs. This behavior is disruptive and I’m concerned there may be a settings issue, bug, or conflict causing Firefox to remove my sign-in data unexpectedly.

Could you please advise what might be causing this and what steps I can take to prevent it from happening again? I’m happy to provide additional details such as my operating system, Firefox version, or troubleshooting steps already attempted if needed.

Since the update of Dec. 9, many of my longtime accounts do not recognize me, and I don't currently have workarounds. I also keep getting nasty messages that I'm in mortal danger because I've lost contact with iCloud. I have a son-in-law and grandchildren with extensive computer expertise who will visiting during the holidays, but during the holidays, but I would much prefer to be partying with them than holding computer repair clinics.

Are there any measures that a complete amateur can take to solve the worst of this Gordian knot?

How do you sign out of the Firefox Copilot chatbot so you can log in with a different Copilot account? Also same thing for the other AI Bots.

Hello, I set up Firefox to automatically log me in through my institution (university) whenever I try to access journal articles. My login has expired and I need to remove this automatic feature but cannot figure out how to do this. I've tried deleting all related saved passwords but this has not resolved the issue.

There’s no information on how to sign out of the AI bot itself. For example, if you use Copilot and sign in, then realize you used the wrong Copilot account, there’s no clear way to sign out and log in with a different account.

I'm trying to use an old Apple Powerbook as my 2015 MacBook Pro just died. I use Firefox as my browser on my PowerBook, and it is asking me to enter my old phone number and is not accepting my new phone number.
