I'm not sure what this feature is called in Firefox lingo...

On my Mac, Firefox will remember which windows belong on which virtual desktops, and so open up with them on the correct (well, not exactly, but sorta) virtual desktops after a restart of the app.

On my new Windows 10 installation, though, Firefox has learned that a specific window was moved to virtual desktop 2, and now INSISTS that that window should always open on the desktop after a restart, regardless of on which desktop that window was actually placed when Firefox was shut down.

Is there a quick fix for this issue, or at least some way to disable this feature?

I can't seem to login to Twitch with the newest version of Firefox on Arch Linux. This was a completely fresh install of Arch and Firefox with no add-ons (on two different machines). Switching user agents doesn't seem to work either.

I've been getting warning messages telling me to update Firefox or security certificates will expire on 14th January. I clicked on Help -> About, but it doesn't check for updates. I also tried going to Preferences, but I still can't see a way to install updates.

I downloaded a version from here https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/download/thanks/ I unpacked it into my home directory, but I'm not sure how to install this version.

I'd like to be able to import my current session into the new version of firefox.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am using Firefox Nightly 136.0a1. I tried visiting the website "leetcode.cn", but it got stuck in an infinite refresh loop. It has been tested that the site can be visited using Edge. I have tried using troubleshoot mode or change my UA, but it just doesn't work.

i had to restore windows 10 (some things weren't working at all after some maintenance) i performed the restore with the option to keep the files i then installed firefox logged into my google account via gmail page then in firefox itself to restore bookmarks and everything else (same google account)(i had to reset the password via google account) now i dont get all the things saved/synced: no bookmarks, no passwords, extensions, etc. please help

Good morning, after today's FF update - right click dropdown menus are terrible! Nothing works for me... Opening new windows, new tabs, adding to bookmarks, copying, pasting, etc... How can I turn it off because I can't use it. I need to have a menu like in version 133.0.3. If I can't change it, I will have to change the browser because I can't use it! Greetings all, my trusty Firefox stopped working. Error Code PR_Connect_reset_error. Other browsers work fine. I have windows 10 with the latest updates and use Kaspersky Internet Security 21.3.10.391 (m). I have paused Kaspersky, uninstalled then reinstalled Firefox 3 times. I have cleared all Firefox cookies and caches a number of times. On my 2nd Firefox reinstallation Firefox worked ok for a couple of times then stopped again with the same error code. Please note that I am not very familiar with computer stuff so any suggestions need baby steps. Many thanks.

Have a new modem/router (Assis G34). Only getting 57.2 mps download and 9.6 mps upload. In trying to go to a website, it times out.

Tried Microsoft Edge. It worked OK when I wasn't using Firefox at the same time.

Planning to get a range extender. Is that the solution?

The search bar covers the bookmarks bar when hovering over the top on Mac. It needs to be so both the search bar and bookmarks bar move down when you hover over the main menu settings in Mac.

I use a 2009 Mac Mini running OS 10.11.6 dedicated for streaming. I was prompted to update Firefox to ESR which I did, replacing the older version of Firefox. The new version will not open.

It was the only browser I had. Can I undo the installation? Or download 78.15.0 somehow to restore the functionality of this Mac?

Yesterday I successfully installed my [edited] @ledgreenus.com email on my desktop computer, but today I have no way to access it. I don't understand how it can be hidden like that. I can't do it on my cell phone either. Please help!

I have previously created an ID.ME account with my email address and a password. Message said my email entered has already been used, that is correct, How do I resolve this problem so I can complete the changes before 1/31 that MyHealthvet.com requires.
