I suddenly have started to lose my stored passwords. I enter a site and save them and they disappear the next day when I open Fire Fox. How do I fix this?

Has happened twice now, seemingly after update, passwords completely disappearing
all of a sudden Mozilla is not saving login and passwords

the firefox require password every time. I am loging my sites every time but every time require password and otp I want to save password in web.

I have no problem with previous version of ff. i noticed ask to save password not showing up in this version. usually if i fill in a form, ff will save the information for future use.
i have issue with ff, so i uninstall and reinstall. doesnt work. i add additional information in notepad attachment.
i am end user. nothing technical. only uses ublock, clearurl and audio equaliser. not heavy user. just light browsing facebook, google and regular website.

On my previous laptop using Windows 11, a dialog box would open when I entered a username and password while online, asking if I wanted to save the username and password. On my brand new laptop, that dialog box does not come on screen. Id like to be able to store that info so I don't have to enter it each time.

For some reason when I logged into my mozilla account after switching from windows to pop-os none of the passwords I had synced show up. One of the sites I had saved requires the username and email to reset the password, but I have no idea what the username was.. any thoughts?
