I keep getting this Problem Loading Page message:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. SSL peer reports incorrect Message Authentication Code.

Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_ALERT

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

    I've been through the Security settings and can't seem to find a fix. This seems to have started with the last update...

I have credit card autofill enabled, because I do a lot of business online and it is very convenient. Maddeningly, it has started doing something I can't find a way to fix. I put the mouse over the box asking for a credit card number, the saved numbers pop up, I select one, and then the pop-up box disappears without filling in the credit card number. There has got to be a fix for this, but I cannot find it. Pls. advise...

I use Firefox and have saved my User ID and Passwords for my ATT email (https://currently.att.yahoo.com/) and my ATT account (att.com). It was populating these fields before but now the User ID wont populate and I have to type the info in. The Password populates OK. What happened and what can I do to get it to work?

My browser updated and I seem to have lost all of my saved passwords. I signed in but none of them seem to be saved. Not sure how to get them back or where they went. Is there a way to recover or find them?

The password manaer and autofill works just fine. but every damn time I try to log into anything I have to do the F-ing two factor authentication everytime. I'm so sick of it. It even does that even though I selected "trust this browser or device or whatever". I hate 2FA I dont care how secure it is its a pain in the ass!!!

I cleared the cache. Instructed to check DNS server automatically but I can not find that under Edit - Settings. Do I need to do something different?

Facebook does NOT require any HSTS, Edge goes there with no problem. This is why I deleted Firefox last night, I downloaded it again to try to get there and what do you know, it worked. That is until it told me to refresh, then all of a sudden you claim it requires this HSTS which is crap. The only reason I'm not on Edge now is one small little imperfection that Firefox doesn't have. So I guess I'll be deleting Firefox yet again with it's HSTS nonsense.

Really happy to see that mozilla is tightening up security. But unfortunately, I can't enroll into Two-Step Authentication everytime I enter code it's not being accepted. I tried multiple android apps of those codes and non of them work for me.

Because of that, I lost access to addons.mozilla.com account, because system doesn't let me in without 2step auth enabled.

Any chance I can use yubikey's intead of those auth apps? or anything else I can do?

I clicked on a permission to improve my Cookie protection this morning. I just want to confirm that this is a legitimate Fire Fox protection and not some sort of scam. Andrew

Firefox has become so secure I can no longer use it for work. I spend so much of my time allowing links to be opened from clients, etc. Has anyone found a simple work around for all the freezes etc?

After Format my laptop, I install Firefox and forget password after Reset password all fine then enter email and password to Sync all data but, I don't see any data this data have a lot of passwords and bookmarks, How can I FIX IT????

I refreshed Firefox and all my passwords disapeared even though it stated they would be saved. I followed online instructions and copied and pasted the old data into the new profile. Although I can see the old login data is there nothing shows up in the saved passwords section in settings. HELP! all my passwords are badly required as I have no other record.

I really like & trust Firefox ! Would like to know about all the privacy settings I should have & probably don't ! Doubt I have updated much as I should have recently. Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks, Firefox !

Greets to all After last update to 100.0.2 (64bit) connection to National Bank of Greece account is impossible due to an image error occurring, while entering OTP informing :

" error image " connection procedure with OTP failed. Please be sure that your browser allow you storing od cookies and try again.

This does not occur using chrome or edge ...

settings are checked ok, nothing changed recently

Per an article on yahoo news, I decided to clear data by going to: Settings->Privacy & Security->Cookies&Site Date->clear data

In hindsight, this turned out to be a mistake. Previously when using yahoo mail, it let me stay logged in for two weeks. Now I have to log in each time. There are also 2 or 3 other sites that logged me in automatically, but now have to log in every time.

How can I undo what I did?

Hello, I tried to sign in to my firefox account on a new computer and it appears the rules for password format have changed such that my existing password is too short to be used. How should I proceed to either sign in or reset my password without affecting my existing firefox browsers and lockwise app? Thank you.

Trying to create a new account with CRA for tax purposes, after 20 questions got a message that I need to adjust my setting regarding Java Script Function. Don't have a clue what that means
