Good morning,

I am reaching out as a member of Iowa State University's LTI Integration Team regarding a technical issue we are currently experiencing.

Specifically, we have encountered JSON errors when utilizing various LTI's from Canvas, but the problem is isolated to the Firefox browser only.

I have attached a screenshot that demonstrates the error in question.

Could you kindly assist us in troubleshooting this matter? Any guidance or support you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

All of a sudden when I open a link from an email it opens on Edge instead of Firefox, even though Firefox is my default browser. Can you please tell me where I can change the automatic setting? Thank you, Maria

The 5 shortcuts I had on my FF home page below the google search box all disappeared and I am unable to re add them as FF will not let me. I have reinstalled FF and refreshed it but it did no good. unable to take a screenshot as it will not show up when I right click as it used to.

I am having a problem with my Firefox homepage. There are several things going on like the red, yellow and green dots on the left side of the menu change to light dark. Some of My Bookmarks appears twice and one was added. I did a Refresh and troubleshooting but to see if my home page would go back to normal but it did not. I think I have a bug that is causing these changes on my Mozilla Browser. I need to get the browser back to normal.

Hello Before I reset my PC some months ago, I almost never had to Login to sites, as the kept me logged in. This no longer happens, and now I frequently have to Login to eg. my Google account which needs third party autho and all sorts. It is rather annoying having to Login to Google every time I close the Window.

I do not have this setting on: "delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" I do have this setting on: "Ask to save logins and passwords for web sites"

It does save my Password and autofill, which makes it easier. But it is still annoying, that I have to login to everything every time.

I have tried reinstalling Firefox, to no avail.

Please Help

I have been using my banks website, www.lbandt.com, for years. Suddenly firefox cannot find the website, what is the problem? Have to have access or can't use firefox.

My Wife's computer - still on Windows 10 - says it can't start Firefox as it is still running, hitting the "close Firefox now" button just returns us to the same screen. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Firefox it tried to do a "reinstall" it says her profile is no longer available, while inconvenient she still should be able to start it up, but it still gives me the same message. that it is still running and needs closed. Trying to "close it doesn't do anything. I have restarted several times and even did a shut down and restart. Nothing seems to work. I assume some "stub" of Firefox is out there in the system/cache making Firefox think it is is still active but I can't find it to shut it down. Where do I need to go to "end task" on this phantom Firefox?

Other information: 1. We have Norton Security software installed, if that matters. 2. The same seems to happening to Thunderbird, but maybe I need to go to another help forum for that? 3. I am entering this issue from my computer that seems to be just fine with Firefox, so can't send browser data as it is irrelevant to the issue (it's on a different computer and install instance.

ty for your help the lastest MS update 2 days ago12/13/23 on my pc is preventing me from opening firefox regular or private browser. I downloaded new firefox intalled same results. i have other friends who had this happen to aswell and thought for sure ms would fix or a fix would be on this site. so im surprised on no posts. must be millions of us out here in the dark. please help david

I recently performed a system reset and upon re downloading Firefox I can't seem to find any of my 50+ tabs that I had open previously, all of them I need for one reason or another, history is empty, can anyone please help explain how to get them back in simple steps?

When I log into the "https://wipp.edmundsassoc.com/Wipp/?wippid=JWSU" website, it does not display all the info on the website.

I am including images of the above website before and after logging in. I have also included the way it should look with a screen shot of it from Google Chrome. If it cannot be loaded correctly, I will have to switch browsers.

well your latest update not only crashed my browser, but also crashed my computer, now it takes 1-2 minutes to load a page after your recent update. oh. it also changed all of my settings! Great job in setting the internet back 20 years, it makes dial up look lightening fast!

I closed all my tabs and reopened the browser bc I was getting lag on sites like X.com when typing my messages. Immediately after opening Firefox again, my homepage, MSN.com was loaded. I tried to click on the arrow to scroll through the different headline stories and nothing happened. I used Chrome & Opera to load the same page and they work fine. This seems like a Firefox thing. I have no extensions or permissions that deny me the right to click on anything. What is the problem?

No, They are Blocking me the only way I can watch it is in troubleshooting mode, AND HAVE disabled the adblockers'.

i now keep getting a pop up window saying that this profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create q new profile. what am I to do?
