Fix the taskbar icon removal process so that one or two deletes does the trick. Having to delete for every item I looked at on a site is so annoying and I can't believe you think this is ok.

How do I actually get help with my account? I cannot access it because the account has the WRONG EMAIL address mixed up with the WRONG PASSWORDS. The account MESS is preventing me from using SYNC creating my emails USELESS!!! There must be someone, somewhere, who can tell me how to get specific help with MY FIREFOX ACCOUNT. It is messed up so badly I am going have to throw this computer out and start all over -- but then I have to use either some bogus email address that I DO NOT WANT TO USE. My accounts were set up decades ago -- very soon after FIREFOX was offered. BUT JUST BECAUSE WE ARE OLD, ACCOUNTS ARE OLD, WHY does Firefox IGNORE problems with BASIC ACCOUNT PROBLEMS! I HATE THIS I HATE THIS I HATE THIS I HATE THIS! FIREFOX SUCKS!!!!!!! no such thing as support. When I attempted to ask "How to contact Firefox ACCOUNT HELP", the stupid answer was older than my car, my house, but I am older than dirt so it was NOT that old. STUPID STUPID STUPID. I will get rid of ALL GOOGLE, MOZILLA, AND NORTON cause you all have NO RESPECT for your users -- not customers cause we are NOT CONSIDERED SUCH -- FIREFOX IS FREE. Hahaha Dr T. H. After the last update, I cannot log onto rakuten.com. I get the error message, "Oops. There was a problem. Please refresh page and try again." When I try to use "Forgot Password" the page does not refresh. I can log on when I use Google Chrome.

Have to kill with Task Manager . Updating FireFox simple restarts the open windows and the malicious loop .

Used ` Refresh . Lost a lot of saved windows and structure , but running .

Cannot print Lanscape mode from Firefox (Mac OS 12). Can print Landscape from Safari on Mac and can print Ladscape from Virtual Windows 11 Firefox (Parallels) same machine using same USB connection. On Mac there is no choice for Landscape printing. Need this to print spreadsheet type content page. Other apps have not trouble with this, such as Numbers etc.

Firefox has been my go to browser for many years but this problem is causing be to preferentially use Safari. Help appreciated. J Veenstra

For the past three days I've been unable to get Firefox to load quickly as it used to before the last update. The last time this happened the problem was conflict with my security software System Mechanic. That problem was taken care of. This time I tried rebooting the computer, turning off all my add-ons, safe mode...nothing worked.

I'm using Win 10 64 bit. Can you help?

Since past few years, I use Firefox for the peace of mind... But never get that.

Every now and then many sites are not supported properly.... And it severely gives now headache....

Thinking to switch to New Web Browser....

Problematic Sites are tons of tons... Here are a few...

1. pCloud 2. Mega 3. Digiboxx 4. OrgPad 5. PhotoADKing 6. Animaker 7. Powtoon 8. SBI ....etc.

Please somebody help reach this message to original developers and not community... I'm fed up of this.

Many developers also fed up of Mozilla... and stay away from updating add-ons or extensions... I literally felt helpless many times...

On Mac OS 13.2.1, if I make a window full screen in one display (my Macbook screen for instance), all other Firefox windows have a grey-ed out yellow button for minimizing and I can't use the shortcut CMD+M as normal. This does not happen if I use full screen windows in multiple "desktops" on one display, but as soon as I split Firefox across two displays and full screen at least one window, all the others can no longer be minimized.

Unlike some older issues, I can still see the close, minimize, and maximize buttons but the middle minimize button is disabled as if every window were set to full screen mode.

I have set an google meet with my friends. we were hearing each other very well but when we start to share our screen for example an video from YouTube they can't hear the video's audio. I have checked my microphone during the screen sharing it was on. But still they couldn't hear the audio of the video. During the share screen they heard my voice but they didn't heard the audio of the video. We tried on Google Chrome everything worked very well then we turned back to Mozilla same issue happened again. I don't want to use again Google Chrome so please help me with this issue. Long story short; On a Meet they can hear my voice on microphone, but when i share my screen they can't hear the audio from a YouTube video but they can still hear my voice. Please help ASAP!

I installed firefox and am trying to open the Vegas World sign in app and it's doing nothing in the tab, it will not come up. I'm so confused and technically challenged

I have used Firefox for many years, on a Windows 10 64 bit desktop with DuckDuckGo Search engine. Two websites I subscribe to will not let me use firefox to sign in using Firefox. However Microsoft Edge allows me to sign in. WHY do I have a problem using Firefox?

Do some of my settings need to be changed?

PS Also why is it so difficult finding the version # ? this used to be using the about option and I can't find that anymore.

I use Chrome for the college where I teach but I know I can use Firefox it I choose to. So, I tried logging into the college site on FireFox but no matter what I do it tells me the password is wrong. It is the password I use on Chrome and is tied to the college site. How do I get it to work in FireFox? What am I missing? Thanks, LucyVan

I have not been able to log into www.mycigna.com account for the past week or so. I use DuckDuckGo as the search engine and never had this problem logging into my account before using Firefox. For the past week I have been getting this message when I submit my log in data - We're sorry but myCigna is unavailable at this time. Please contact our customer service for assistance. So, I called them today and spoke with a tech. I told him I used Firefox and DuckDuckGo and he advised me that others have had that problem using ddg as a search engine. He asked me to try to log in using a different browser and I was able to log in and access my account using Edge. So, I tried Firefox again after changing the search engine to Edge and still wasn't able to log in. Do you guys have any idea why I can't log in using Firefox anymore, or should I just continue to use Edge for that particular website? If you can help, please let me know. Thanks Larry

Hello, so i want to apply SF mono font to my codeblocks but they are instead applying lucida console font, how will i fix this? My monospace font is currently set to "SFMono Nerd Font"

I have two homes in different states. Both have Mac computers. I would like to have both Firefox and Thunderbird be the same on both with the same files and same bookmarks, passwords etc.

I now go into the Library and copy files to a thumb drive when I am at home, and bring the thumb to my cabin. My problem is that I do not know which specific files to copy and bring and replace.

Can someone please inform me which files to copy for a seamless transition between both machines?
