Recently, I got a new PC from my parents, and it's overall pretty good. However, I realized that Youtube sometimes slows down a video and messes up/distorts the audio while it's playing. I have never had this issue before on my old computer. These slow downs would occur in intervals of around a couple days to maybe a week at most. I have no idea what's going on and a quick Google search doesn't give me my exact issue. I've tried changing browser.sessionstore.interval to a different value but it didn't help. Does anybody know what's going on?

Why can't I alter my Safesearch settings - why did they suddenly change AND lock with the last version update. - Why is it blurring google search images for basic NEWS site articles it finds

I am using two stacked monitors on a mac mini. I like to have the browser dragged across both screens. Any keypresses of any kind when firefox is open cause the broswer to resize to only the top window. Any idea on what might be causing this?

Additional info: Chrome, Opera, and Safari have a similar resizing issue. Except it does not happen with text input, but rather happens whenever a bookmark is clicked or a link is opened in a new tab.

It would help if I could talk to a human being, but this problem has continued without any solution. Firefox keeps going back and forth between having my history when I search and seemingly erasing all history without any reason. I can turn off the computer, come back on, and never know what Firefox is going to do. This started happening a week or more ago when I started to log on to sync. Since then, everything ironically has been out of sync, and it is very, very frustrating!

Can I retrieve an history month that I accidentally deleted. I don't even know how I deleted the whole month as I was deleting all but the sites I visited except for a few I wanted to save. The ones I wanted to save were extremely important. Please help!

Hello. I'm a developer using laravel with vite in firefox. I am able to run the local website I'm making on chrome. However, on firefox, it does not load the css/js files due to an error attached. (attached below) I installed firefox just a few moments ago in this device with no add-ons/settings. The site itself works on chrome and edge, its just mozilla that is running into this issue for some reason. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance

For some reason I can't hear anything when playing videos on youtube using Firefox. All my videos/music on the pc play fine. If I use Chrome all the youtube videos work fine as well. I have no idea what I have turned off or done. Can you help please

For 1 particular GET REST call , HTTP/2 is undefined , wheres as for other apis in the same site , HTTP/2 is set properly in request header

This undefined HTTP/2 , is associated with CORS error too .

See attached image. Using Firefox to WatchESPN (https://www.espn.com/watch/) will not go to full screen but leaves black bars at bottom and both sides. This does not happen with Edge or Opera so I use one of those to watch this stream. I get WatchESPN through Spectrum. This happens with both my desktop (Windows 10) and my ASUS laptop (Windows 11). Software versions are all current.

Video from other sources (You Tube, facebook, etc) works fine on all 3 browsers.

As of today the Washington Post crossword puzzle page will not load on my PC using Firefox and Win 11. It still loads on my tablet using Firefox for Android and it still loads on my PC using MS Edge. did you make some change in Firefox for PC overnight?

I'm a Firefox user for many years. The Irish Government Revenue service provide a facility where forms can be completed offline and then uploaded. Recently they brought out a new version which can aparently be used only on Edge or Chrome whereas previously Firefox was always supported. They say it because Firefox does not support this API:

I'm sort of mad over this as I believe governments should be bending over backwords to support organisations like Mozilla. I'd really appreciate any info you could give me so that I could pursue the matter further.

Updated to v.115.0 in Private browsing window, which prompted Malwarebytes "dangerous webpage" (or words to that effect ... displayed for ~0.7 sec)

domain joined and configured sso in about:config below steps are followed

• Launch Firefox & Go to the about:config URL
• Change the following preference values:
• network.negotiate-auth.allow-non-fqdn = false
• network.negotiate-auth.allow-proxies = true

• network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uris = <AD SERVER>
• network.negotiate-auth.using-native-gsslib = true

still the auto login for trusted sites are not working for linux, The domain join configured properly.

Since the update firefox keep freezing & not responding, everything is slowed down, even me typing right now is tedious(i mean firefox having brain freeze), videos buffering is messed up (it's been so many years since i saw the circle of loading in youtube, i wasn't missing that), loading pages, clicking on things, scrolling, moving FF windows... So you name it, EVERYTHING in my mozilla is tedious/buggy, tried clearing my history, cache etc... Changed nothing. I managed to reduce a bit the slowdowns by clearing the booting cache of mozilla, but the problem is still there. I did not tried troubleshooting mode, but i did try Privacy mode, and mine doesn't have any addons and it was exactly the same. looked into the firefox task manager, everything seems normal. So i believe this is linked to the update.
