I think the problem is the popup window loads the 2 question mark symbols in diamonds but if you look at the actual html the symbols are not in it and if I ask firefox to load the html locally it works fine. My customers can not see my videos and I am very frustrated. The site loads fine in every other browser I can think of on Mac, PC, mobile device

There was a version of Firefox loaded on my Mac when I did a data transfer from my old system that loaded an older version. Now both are on there and I cannot complete updates. When I click a link it is defaulting to the older version and my add-on's are not working correctly.
How do I remove just 1 version (doesn't matter which since the personal information from the 1 version is duplicated on the other) without losing my personal data?

If I go back to msn.com and access my msn and then go to hotmail tab, click on it and the click on hotmail the syustem will allow me to work on the contents. the use of my msn to hotmail is a change that happend in the last 48 hrs.

How to block this menu of showing ID and keep privacy ? I did look into Firefox / Pref. / Security / Saved PW. Some of those ID are there as it has been asked to memorize the ID and the PW and that's normal, others are not there which is normal too but then why they appear in a menu since it has never been asked to keep them ?… Where are they are been keep, how to delete them and prevent to be memorized…

I got a pop-up window from Firefox saying that I needed to upgrade (I had Firefox 14.0.1). I have a Mac desktop with operating system Lion. When I'd try to connect through the prompt on that window, it wouldn't connect. So I went to the Mozilla website and downloaded version 15.0.1.dmg. But I'm still getting the pop-up window.
Also, when I start my computer, there's always a question mark in the Firefox place on the dock and a window that prompts me to drag the firefox emblem over to another emblem. But when I do that, I get a window that says that this is an older version of Firefox than the one that's installed, do I want to replace it with the older one (which I have declined to do).

Weather.com home page displays fine. when I click on a city to get specific weather the page initially loads but then goes away and 2 ads come up. this happens no matter which city i choose from my favorites at the top of weather.com. this does not happen if i am using Safari browser.
When I click on videos posted on Facebook the box goes black and does not play. This does not happen if I'm using Safari. How can I fix it?
