How can I remove extensions? I'm blocked from Google with the same screen no matter what I do. It says search.funsafetabsearch.com thanks

First of all, I have already changed my about:config browser.search.region preference to GB.

When I try to install the amazon search engine for amazon.CO.UK, via the magnifying glass on the search bar, I get this message.

Also my About This Mac says my OS is 13.6.7 and as you can see listed below it says 10.15. something strange is going on and has been for a long time. I deserve my privacy just like everyone else! I use firefox on mac as well as on my iphone. I am attempting to update the saved address and credit cards on my profile. Using the web browser, I can navigate to settings and see my saved passwords but there is no option to view or edit my saved addresses. The only result shown when I search for addresses is the sync option to change if I am syncing that across my devices but not to change or view it or my saved credit cards for that matter. I am currently on 128.0.3 on my computer. I also have tried to update the address and credit cards on my phone app where I am able to access the saved information and at least see it but there is no option to edit. Tapping or swiping on the addresses do nothing. Pressing and holding will highlight the addresses but nothing will happen. Please help me use this product. I have been on firefox for 10+ years and have enjoyed the offerings but am incredibly frustrated not being able to see or edit my information. Thank you

On our web site we have a page that includes mp3 files, which play okay on Firefox; but on another page on the site with mp3 files, Firefox (including different versions on different computers) produces the error message, No video with supported format and MIME type found." FWIW, other browsers like Safari (Mac), Chrome (Mac and Win), and Edge (Win) all play the problematic files without a hitch.

Is there a fix for this problem that can be attempted by the non-tech types?

A white horizontal line in the top of the screen, whilst watching movies in tv5mondeplus.com. This issue happens when installed the recent update 129.0.

Tested in other browsers and doesn't appear the white horizontal line on top.

I use a CRM program called Nutshell for email marketing. For the past 2 years, it has worked perfectly in Firefox. As of 2 days ago, images no longer show up in the marketing emails. The same thing is happening in Firefox on both my Windows machine and my Mac. Nutshell told me to uninstall and reinstall Firefox, but that didn't help. If I use the "Refresh Firefox" command, the images show up but only briefly, then they're gone again.

I can use Chrome instead of Firefox and everything works, but I would prefer not to. Any suggestions?

I am unable to open certain sites, like Medicare claims, which I've had no trouble with in the past. I get an error message "To protect your security, api.medicare.gov will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. To see this page, you need to open it in a new window." This happened with another site as well. Please advise.

I used to be able to save bookmarks by selecting in a dropdown menu where I would like to to save the bookmark. I no longer see a dropdown menu when I go to save a page. It automatically saves the last folder used for bookmarks. It is a little confusing because I have to go search for the bookmark and move it into another folder. I don't know if this is due to an update or if I somehow changed the settings but really want to be able to select which folder I am saving my bookmarks to. Can I change this in the settings?
