Hello! I have Firefox, version 78.15.0 installed on my mac OSX 10.11.6. A few days ago I lost the ability to use messenger in FaceBook. I cannot send or receive messages from others. When I click on messages, nothing happens. This happened suddenly. Otherwise, Firefox works as normal on my older mac. Can you give me a hint as to what is causing this? I am running 78.15.0esr on my macbook pro and when I go to Password manager and pull down the menu under the 3 dots I do not have the option of EXPORT LOGINS... (SEE ATTACHED IMAGE) How can I export my login for 1Password since I do not have the option to do so. I can see my passwords and individually see my passwords but cannot export. Since I have 588 passwords I need to be able to create a cvs file.

I didn't even realize you discontinued this security product. So it is synced across all my devices, and I want it GONE. I have old software on a Mac and it is embedded in my Firefox browser version 78.15.0esr (64-bit) I synced a phone and iPad. I updated to a new mac and then discovered Lockwise has been discontinued. Yes I was using it since '21 without knowing it was no longer supported.

I want it gone from everywhere. I manually screen-shot EVERY SINGLE PASSWORD, because I could see no way to export them all. I think that a password manager who has been discontinued for any reason really has an obligation to loudly inform users. Seems like a horrid security risk not to.

Bottom line: How do I delete all the data across the devices I so lovingly added the Mozilla family to? I'm really hoping it's not by going to each one and selecting REMOVE. PLEASE and thank you.

HI. Firefox seems to be logging me out of all my sites when I turn off my desktop. In some cases, it won't even let me access certain login screens. I've already followed instructions about resetting cookie/login/search history settings, etc, but it doesn't seem to fix the problem. Any ideas/advice?

I need javascript to access/print Ticketmaster concert tickets, Firefox drop-down menu doesn't show options choice. How do I obtain the options choice within the Firefox menu?

I am trying to access "Boston Scally" website. When I enter their website to window shop, there isn't a problem, but when I go to order a particular item, the web page goes nuts. I am having this issue with a number of different websites when I try to order or pay for the product.

When I go on Google's AI site Gemini, there is no scroll bar, so I can't scroll down for longer answers. I'm on a 2007 Mac with OS 10.11, using Firefox version 78 (I prefer not to upgrade owing to certain software I'm using). How can I get a scroll bar to appear on Gemini with what I have? BTW, when Gemini was called Bard, I didn't have this problem. Also BTW, checking the box "Always" under "Show scroll bar" in System Preferences doesn't help.

This is very very annoying. I have a complicated problem & spend a long time articulating it. The website said it could not automatically get my Share Data, and there was a button to a page telling me how to do it manually. Instead of opening a new tab, it left THIS page. When I went back, this text entry box was EMPTY !!!!

my mac desk top is version 10.11.6 its from year manufactured 2008 no more updates available, dont understand how to keep my old desk top from 20087 usable with firefox after March 31st 2024

I have received an email requesting that I update my browser before the 31 march 2024 in order to still have access to my Mozilla account.

I wish i could update firefox but my computer and operating system are at least 10 years old. And updating my operating system (to be able to use a newer version of firefox) will create havoc on my computer.

I really like using firefox, I've used it for many years. And it's indeed very practical to be able to sync between my phone firefox browser and on my laptop.

I just wanted to share my disappointment that people like me will no longer be able to use their account and browser properly. Some of us cannot or do not want to update everything all the time and wish to be able to use basic functions of apps/programs they like.

Thank you for this very good product. I'm just sorry I won't be able to use it properly anymore.

If you know of any solution to this problem, I would be very glad to try it.

Some webpages, that I must log in to, are coming up blank, when I attempt to login. No error, just blank white page. Two examples are paypal and textfree. I have cleared everything I can think of or find on the internet. I have refreshed and restarted several times. This has all started int he last few weeks. The two sites mentioned are ones I really need access to. I am not sure if it is my machine or the browser.

Hi there, Please see attached image of screenshots of searches on Firefox and Chrome. The Firefox search images are incomplete whereas the Chrome images are complete. This has only started happening on Firefox recently. Can you please help me resolve this issue. I have cleared the cache & cookies, restarted my macbook etc but nothing has worked. For the past several weeks when I click on Messenger from the Facebook web page I get a blank page with the Facebook header. Same if I click the little shortcut button (brings up a blank box). I've cleared all cookies and cache but no change. I do not have this problem with Safari so I believe it is a Firefox issue and not a Facebook issue.

been spending the day updating passwords and i finally had to update my firefox account password, sadly i had lost the original password so i had to fully reset it. Idk if that contributed to the issue at all but ill mention it just in case this is a known problem. now im trying to sign back in and it just keeps getting stuck loading saying "working" some other things, I use waterfox as my laptop runs macOS 10.11.16, so I'm also worried that this is not a bug but a "feature" intended to push users to update their browsers. as i type this its been "working" on signing me in for about 5 minutes and i doubt its doing anything but spinning that wheel around for show. i was able to sign back in on my phone, any help?
