When attempting to type text in a browser, two things happen, simultaneously when I hit the space bar, it wont allow me to actually ad a space and secondly it places a rectangular box on the screen. I have tried to reset defaults but nothing seems to eliminate the issue.

Hi, A few updates ago, the option to delete said entries with shift+delete was pointlessly replaced with a three dots menu. NEITHER shift+del NOR the three dots menu do anything. Entries cannot be deleted directly from the address bar. Renaming formhistory.sqlite does nothing.

FF 118.0.2 (64-Bit); Win10

Some of my websites load very slowly. So slow that I can use Chrome, login to that site, complete my business, log off, and Firefox is still loading. I don't load extras into Firefox and I don't believe I have anything extra loaded. Some of the websites I have problems with on a regular basis are: Yahoo.com, loading articles, and Synchrony.com for credit cards, such as Amazon, JC Penney and others. Occasionally, close to rarely, they will load immediately, but the majority of the time it takes minutes. Thank you.

I'm having an issue that seems to Lock up YouTube on Firefox.

I'm trying to get back into using Firefox but I'm having a persistent issue in both FF Mainline and even in FF Beta 119.

If i play a Video on YT then switch tab to do something else then go back to YT it lock up the video window. I do not have this happen on Chrome or Edge.

I have tried refreshing the browser and still have this issue.

PC Specs: Razer Razer Blade 15 Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) GPU NVIDIA RTX 3060

I opened a large file from our condo, which was supposed to have listing of name, phone etc & after a short period of time Firefox ground to a halt & apparently the big file impacted the Firefox leaving me with a slow (in hours) running system, Clearing MOST of fire fox allows me to run VIVALDI or BRAVE, but nothing compares to FIREFOX, and every time I delete & reinstall FF I have the same dragging system within a day or so. I assume that I must completely delete ALL MOZILLA files to be able to reinstall a clean friefox.

Recently I started using "Bitdefender Antivirus Plus". Now, every day, when I first use my computer, I get the following message:

    firefox.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security    certificate to t.sgc.io. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address than the targeted one.
    Add to exceptions

Is this something I should be concerned about, or should I "Add to exceptions"?

Recently, when I try to play video clips, or click on "Live Updates" on CNN.com, the videos will not play (no play icon), and when clicking on "live Updates, the screen flashes to that page but then goes blank. Is this a bug in the recent updates to Firefox, or is something going on with CNN? This is the only site that I'm experiencing this with. Thank you in advance. Cheers.

Hello. Firefox browser. Windows 11 interface is freezing. Completely randomly. And exactly when using Firefox. The sound works at the same time. Only a complete forced shutdown of the PC helps. The keyboard does not respond, the pointer moves but nothing is pressed.

How can I be? What log to send? Firefox crashes have not been.

Hi, I have just returned from China. I use a Macbook Pro and am operating Firefox 118.0.2 (64-bit) I now find that when I use Firefox to access websites blocked in China (i.e google, the Guardian) I get a "Did Not Connect: Potential Security Issue" message. I can access everything with a VPN active I also got this for Microsoft Edge but the problem resolved by clearing cookies (didn't work for firefox) How can I fix this

I'm on Firefox Developer Edition 119.0b9 (32-bit) and Windows 11 Pro 22H2 but I've been experiencing this problem a lot longer ago even before upgrading to Windows 11. The first thing I open in my computer is Firefox, it gets the window itself quickly but the page stays blank with the gray loading dot going right and left for nearly 10 minutes before the page loads and Firefox works normally. I don't experience any issues while browsing the internet after that long loading but it's really annoying especially when I'm in a hurry and I don't have 10 minutes to stare at a blank page.

I am having trouble getting to any website. I am using the proxy pac file which is set systemically, every other browser like Chrome, Edge, Safari work fine, only Firefox has trouble opening anything.

The traffic goes through VPN, and proxy included in proxy pac file. I tried all the settings from the about:preferences: network settings section

system: macOS Ventura 13.6 processor: M1 Tested on Version of Firefox: 118.0, 118.0.2, 119.0b9

A few hours ago, I had a problem logging in to pCloud. I didn't have any problems until recently, but now I get the following message: Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to my.pcloud.com.

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

How do I resolve this situation and continue using pCload through Firefox?

Firefox will not start normally with a double-click or Right-click/Open but a right-click and Run as Administrator opens a window but a blank white browser. Uninstall, reinstalled and still get the same results. Tried getting to Firefox Settings when running as Administrator. Can get the menu to come up but clicking on Settings exits the menu but produces no results. Clickin on Add-ons and themes does the same thing but other options in the menu I can get to the About Firefox screen though.

Cannot access anything. Having to use Edge to send this support request.

I want to use Firefox in Windows 10 but it is very glitchy and buggy whereas in Windows 11 it is fine.

I have Acer Nitro 5 AN515-57 Laptop with Latest Windows and Firefox updates!

I was tying to reset my PC, windows 11. I clean installed Windows 11 and trying to install Firefox back, the videos seems to be getting blocked on certain websites, has no issue on Youtube, the error code 224002 appears on facebook, imdb and vimeo websites.

Please suggest.
