Hi, Suddenly I cannot use your browser to load this page. I can load it in google chrome AND in a private mozilla browser - but not regular one.

The page isn’t redirecting properly

   This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Please advise

When I am on a Teams calls the Firefox window goes white - I can still see the outline of the window but that is all. Sometimes it is just for a few seconds, othertimes it lasts for 20 minutes or more. The Teams audio contiues to work. Is this issue related to internet speed ?

Hello My Firefox started to crash as soon as I open it ever since it was upgraded to version 115. It doesn't any crash report either. I even uninstalled, cleared Windows 10 registery and reinstalled it, but that didn't help.

I'm on an 8 core, i7 Intel system - 3.6ghz - with 32gb RAM. For some reason, Firefox is being weird. I'm not sure when it got this bad, but its been a bit odd for a while (hearing the computer fan coming on more, and looking at task manager it shows FF as the culprit running at high RAM and CPU)

See an example attached. It has almost 10gb of the RAM going to it, with over 6gb on one process (I think it even got up to 7.5gb at one point, before going back down).

So what could be causing it? I've got a few extensions:

I have 6 pinned tabs - nothing fancy, just my Amazon seller page, couple of webmail portals (Roundcube) and a few others. Then currently a couple of extra non-pinned tabs

As I'm writing this, the whole browser keeps locking up as I type - and then catches up. Something is not right :/

Any suggestions on where to look? I'm not too keep on starting a "new profile", as it'll lose all my history that I use on a daily basis for my work :(

Firefox sloooow to begin working. SOOOOOO frustrated!! I'm going to have to abandon Firefox ( user for many,many years) because I just can't take it any longer. I am writing this from MS Edge. It's so weird though, as when I start the day it just takes forever for Firefox to begin loading a page (ANY page). So i open Edge and it works. I open Google Earth, it works. I can check and get/send emails. Whatever. Just not Firefox. Eventually, in it's on time, Firefox kicks in, and then is works great all day.

Whenever I try to print/save a website to Google drive I get the error message attached to this support request. I don't have this problem when using Google Chrome. Any suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated! I'm using Firefox version 115.

I've downloaded firefox for macbook air with OS Ventura 13.4.1. The Settings window does not pop up. Once chosen the current FF window gets deactivated, as in the activation jumps over to the Settings but the Settings are not available to choose. Any other window like Downloads, Add-on etc pops up. I've just changed the laptops and on the old one all works as it should, the Settings window pops up. What could have happened?

Hi. I cannot access my outlook e-mail account by clicking on the icon. I can access all other links by clicking on them. I noticed after a recent firefox update, that some of those links had disappeared. Blank boxes. I have microsoft version 8, support for which was discontinued in January this year, but I was assured I could still use e-mail, and I have had no problems with that, but yesterday, I could no longer access the account via the link on my desktop. I have been using firefox for many years and have had no problem with this. I feel like the problem is on Firefox's end. Not sure why the outlook inbox link will no longer open my inbox when I click on it. Please help me access my e-mail account on this computer. Please e-mail any response to [edited] @gmail.com as I cannot access mail at [edited] @live.com. Thank you so much.

I have a love, hate relationship with Firefox. Since it arrived on the scene, it's been my favorite browser. But every few years, it stops working as smoothly and I flirt with switching, and eventually switch, to another browser. So it is again recently.

I've been having significant problems using sites that have sign-up forms (the seem to endlessly "save" without completing the action) and a postage-printing site I use (where the "print postage" is not visible). The specific sites and incidents are irrelevant. The problem is that I'm having this problem with greater frequency (e.g., once per day) on a variety of sites that I visit. The interruption to my workflow -- switching to another browser (Chrome, Edge) to complete my actions is intolerable.

So once again, I'm flirting with leaving Firefox altogether. In my experience, at some point, Firefox will address these types of systemic issues and, when that occurs, I return. But, in the meantime, it's frustrating and time-consuming.

On some webpages, some elements don't display and I have to open another browser to see things I"m looking for. On this page under the "Chat" section is a button that opens the chat window. That button doesn't show for me in FF and I open Explorer to see it.

I built this computer about a month ago and was having zero issues until today. Beginning today I started to experience hang ups every few minutes. For instance, while typing this out my text will take 4-5 seconds to appear. It is not constant but every few minutes it will do this. While this is happening I cant do things like select a word and perform a spell check. Websites are also having issues were I sit there waiting for the browser to know that I just clicked my password for dashlane. Ill click the pop up and nothing happens for a bit and then it loads a bit later. I installed chrome and was not experiencing any hang ups. Even scrolling Ill just get a random hang up.

Hello. someone kindly help me. I cannot access my wordpress site back end from firefox but when I try on private tabs it works and also works on chrome also which honestly speaking is breaking me apart. I have disabled all extensions etc and it cannot work at all. Someone please help

Problem is that after several searches within a website or searching several different websites Firefox freezes. The address appears is the address line with a dot bounces from side to side. If I open a new window and close it then return to the original window I can then access the frozen website. Had this problem a while ago, then it seem to have been solved but has started up again in last several updates.

I am having an issue with Firefox every since the Version 115.0.1 update where Firefox keeps saying my internet has been disconnected when it hasn't. I am using fiber optics, I've got other things running that never crash on different devices yet since the update only Firefox gives me this error. I can be playing an online game without any connection issues, running Hulu on my PS4, but when I use Firefox at least a dozen times a day I get this disconnect issue. I am only using uBlock Origin as an extension.

Every time I click on a link to an Offidoc document I get an error message:

"/var/runnxx/uploadxx/1660896/editdocument168897837099.ull does not exist"

I have no difficulty with opening the same file in Safari.

Any thoughts, anyone?

Hey guys. I got this error on https://jackpotinsight.com/ console. I am not sure if that error is Firefox related or Wordpress related. Also, i am not sure if that error affects in any way website functionalities.

Any ideas?
