This problem has been reported over and over for over 3 years. Why should the solution be to turn off syncing?

In addition to preventing the problem from occurring, Firefox needs to provide a fix to eliminate duplicate bookmarks in bulk.

kindly am having a problem in opening a document in my yahoo account ,also i cant log in to a quick book online .....am geting a message the the site is not secure though my internet is okay. kindly what could be the problem?

On an IPAD, when I do the identical search on Firefox and Safari, on Safari, the results contain many stores with each store containing many small images. While the stores display for both, on Safari the images do display, but on Firefox, the results do not display the images. The blank spaces where the images would go are visible, but no images occupy those spaces. An example would be to search for 'scooters'. No such glitch happens using Firefox on macbook air

How can I fix this, if I can.

I am hitting a rare issue where some requests don't seem to complete (uploading files).

Unsure if the issue is at network level or in the JS code of the website I am using.

What is the best way to troubleshoot those requests that don't seem to complete?

In the Web Developer tools there's nothing under the Timing section.

i installed www.5xYourFocus.com and this website wanted to add an extension to FireFox. I did and it came up in another language. I want to uninstalled but can not find it. PLEASE HELP.

I'm highly suspicious of an extensions i downloaded a while ago. It has blocked facebook from tracking me as some websites i access automatically uses Facebook. When I checked the manager to make an exception for a website I was using, I don't see it there, not even to disable it. I even double checked if my only blocker, UBlock Origin is preventing it from showing but it's not even there either. So now I'm worried my data is compromised.

I'm unable to check out when I'm signed into my accounts at target & clinique.com.Target say my checkout page is slowing down firefox-click stop -I click stop&I cannot check out.

I can no longer choose where downloads go. I have tried "always ask" but I am getting no where. One post said open the three bars on the right an look for option. NO luck.

with firefox, drag and drop for attachments is not working using macOS High sierra, and outlook emails. It works ok in Chrome but I dont want to change over. I deleted cache and cookies and restarted. It worked ok for a while but stopped working agaiin.

So I have this issue with my Firefox install on my PC. For one reason or another Google services (Gmail, search, etc) do not seem to always work. They have moments where they will search or load emails, but most of the time they spin, give an error in gmail, or just won't try searching at all (hit search and just dead and blank screen).

[Oops... the system encountered a problem (#001) - Retrying..] - one of the errors commonly seen in gmail.

All I run is Ublock Origin, Keepa (amazon price tracking) and LastPass.

I've tried a total uninstall using Reva Uninstaller so it deletes remaining files. Chrome does work just fine, so it doesn't seem to be any sort of firewall or anything blocking it. I've tried going into about:serviceworkers as I saw there was an old bug having to clear out google services in there. It does maybe help at first, but they come back and it doesn't always fix it anyway.

Is there anything else I'm missing?

since updating to Firefox 99, we are unable to view PDF files in Firefox, because we are unable to select how to handle PDF files in the settings, cf. 1.PNG We don’t have any enterprise policies enabled except for disabling updates, cf. 2.PNG. We tried disabling hardware acceleration, but it did not help, cf. 3.PNG We tried safe mode and an empty user profile, both to no avail.

This problem seems to be irrespective of the user profile because when I roam my user profile to a machine with FF 93 ESR, there is no issue and I can view PDFs in the browser.

Is there any suggestion how to return the built-in PDF viewer?

Firefox is my browser of choice. For the most part, it works great. In fact, the only issue I've ever had with it is one website in particular not loading. Unfortunately, that website is the site that I use to check my schedule for work, so it not working is kind of a big deal to me. On occasion, it simply will not load. Frankly, that is not a big deal. I can always check back later, when it might work. However, on Firefox, even when the site does load, certain elements do not load. For example, there is a built in tool that includes company updates, scheduling info, et cetera. While it consistently loads perfectly in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, it appears only as a white box in Firefox that occupies the same space but cannot be interacted with. I have tried easing up privacy settings for that website to no avail. I looked to see if there was a javascript option I could toggle, but I could not find it and I am not sure that is the issue anyway. The site is feed.kroger.com, although the authentication page occupies a different URL. Other Kroger family websites have worked without trouble; this is the only one that acts buggy.

A reinstall destroyed my user profile. The solution offered by Mozilla--go to about:profiles and select a profile--fails to reveal any profile other than the default. How do I get my old bookmarks back, which took hours to configure? (Windows 10)

I received a message from a government office that i do a lot of computer contact with that I should replace my Browser (Firefox) because it is causing problems on their web-site. Please respond.

Well lately I seem to be having a problem accessing a good portion of the pages in this site...

In which oddly enough I can access this part of the site just fine and I can access all the pages in "Companies" just fine as well. But all the pages under "Titles" and "People" on the other hand keep showing a blank white screen. There is a fair amount of Title and People pages that have links to audio clips on the site, is that a potential problem?

I have noticed the red line on the padlock near the URL in which means the connection on that site is not secure. So I figured this meant that the site has "Mixed Content" which would mean that Firefox is blocking the Title and People pages. But I have tried to turn off the Mixed Content blocking in about config and of course tried to turn off "Enhanced Tracking Protection" in which neither one worked. It is a bit baffling on how only certain pages are accessible on the site so what exactly is going on here?
