This is the first time reaching your support because i never had any issue with any of your products ( I mainly use firefox as a browser for pc(ubuntu) but also on android devices).

I am writing you this email to express my gratitude and happiness for being a faithfull user since your debut(at least since when i had internet and a pc in the old days :D)

I really loved your professional attitude. I really learned alot from YOU. I really love you.

Plz continue your greate ACTIONS( at least this is what i think) and don't let the giants of internet ( i won't name any company so they don't sue me hhhh) try to confuse use or steal your faith in the "STRONG COMMUNITY".

YOU KNOW WHY BECAUSE ALL THESE giants BETRAYED MY EXPECTATIONS (at least the major ones that i know) BUT ONLY ONLY ONLY ONE PRODUCT NEVER BETRAYED MY EXPECTATIONS !!!

I have like 4-8 skipped frames every second if i watch a 120fps stream or video on twitch (yes they exist), turning Hardware acceleration off works but i am hoping for another solution. Tried it with a fresh install (and deleting everything in appdata of course) of Firefox and Firefox Nightly but both have the same problem. I don´t have this problem on Chrome but i like Firefox more but i just can´t use it right now if this is not fixed...

Funny enough, when i start firefox's troubleshooting mode i don't have this problem, i don't know if it disables Hardware acceleration but in the Settings it's still enabled.

I have a webpage that isn't loading when I open it in Firefox. All other browsers work. In private seems to work as well. I have gone through all of the support pages in Firefox and tried all of the solutions but none of them are working. My webpage loads partially then just stops. On bottom of page I can see it says "transferring data..." but never loads.

Firefox is my browser of choice. For the most part, it works great. In fact, the only issue I've ever had with it is one website in particular not loading. Unfortunately, that website is the site that I use to check my schedule for work, so it not working is kind of a big deal to me. On occasion, it simply will not load. Frankly, that is not a big deal. I can always check back later, when it might work. However, on Firefox, even when the site does load, certain elements do not load. For example, there is a built in tool that includes company updates, scheduling info, et cetera. While it consistently loads perfectly in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, it appears only as a white box in Firefox that occupies the same space but cannot be interacted with. I have tried easing up privacy settings for that website to no avail. I looked to see if there was a javascript option I could toggle, but I could not find it and I am not sure that is the issue anyway. The site is feed.kroger.com, although the authentication page occupies a different URL. Other Kroger family websites have worked without trouble; this is the only one that acts buggy.

I lost all my comments I think it was before the last upgrade, I can see them perfectly on Microsoft edge but not here and not on IE. I tried some of the old posts changing themes to no avail, and I am currently in troubleshooting mode and still nothing. Is their a fix? I do not want to use the M.E. crap. Thanx!

Hi there when I look for a add on I usually end up disabling it after a few days. I keep getting this message "This page is slowing down Firefox" and to quite frank it pisses me off. I mean Firefox is a great product but this one quirk really gets ire up. Even when I disable every add on in my list (and there is not many) it still comes up with this message "This page is slowing down Firefox" . Can you help, I should hate to stop using Firefox.

I received a message from a government office that i do a lot of computer contact with that I should replace my Browser (Firefox) because it is causing problems on their web-site. Please respond.

1. What do I need to do so that when I answer questions in an online survey by checking a box a mark actually shows up in that box? Increasingly the box remains blank but I know my question -- which I hope was entered in the right box -- was registered because the "Next" button works.

2. Also, more and more I cannot connect to a website that Firefox thinks may not be safe but it is and I have to "temporarily" inactivate the block. How can we fix that?'

i enter addresses in private window and all of a sudden these addresses are showing up in my regular window addresses . I tried clearing all history and all these addresses are still appearing. clear history is also not working

I think someone tried to hack my account. I was stupid enough to order a product online and give all my info. Firefox locked me out. I can't log in. I changed my password but can't let Firefox know I did. I REALLY need to get back in to Firefox! I trust it and don't trust the other browsers!

I hate your new email address blocker!! All I want is for you to turn it off. I was using Firefox 100% of the time till you started blocking me from entering email address, I use Firefox for work and some times I have to enter clients email address into forms and your new blocker won't let me enter them. So, I have to log out of Firefox and open Google Chrome to be able to fill out the forms where I have to enter clients email address. Please either discontinue the use of this blocker or tell me how to turn it off OR I will have to start using Google Chrome 100% of the time.

I'm not even sure where to begin looking or diagnosing this issue, but whenever I attempt to use Firefox (99.0.1 (64-bit)) with Google Voice (pinned tab) now to make a call, it knocks me off of the WiFi connection. This last time, it didn't reconnect automatically, so I shut down Firefox and restarted my computer. When Windows (10 Pro) was restarting, I saw a blue 'updating' screen like when there are MS updates, but when I got back into Windows and checked "View update history", there's nothing showing as updated today. I checked in multiple dropdown areas (i.e. "Quality Updates", "Driver Updates", etc.)... Nothing showing as updated today

For example, if I open instagram.com: At the bottom it says, "sending request to www.instagram.com" and it stucks on that for some time as I'm not able to click anywhere in the webpage. And sometimes, it says, "transferring data from www.instagram.com" PC and the internet connection is fine. What could be the issue?

AOL Mail and Twitter no longer load starting today using the Firefox browser. Have restarted and pretty much spent a couple hours trying to fix on my own. AOL keeps trying to load the mail but won't...but works great on my IPAD and my IPhone. Same with Twitter...it's just stuck on the loading screen. Cleared history and cache but nothing works. HELP.
