The update to 4.0.1 isn't working.

When I go to download a theme, I get the message "Not available for Firefox 3.5.5" The thing is, I already upgraded to 4.0.1

When I go to FireFox > Help > About Firefox, it says my version is 4.0.1. I hit check for updates just in case, but don't get anything.

Hi. I keep installing the newest version of Firefox but when I open sites (iCloud, Paypal, etc...) they keep telling me that I don't have the latest version of Firefox installed. When I click on "About Firefox", I says I have version 7 installed...but I'm still running V3.5.5...can you tell me what is going on here and how to fix it before I just go back to Internet Explorer? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP...this is SO ANNOYING and FRUSTRATING!! I can't find answers anywhere!!??

When I try to add a previously saved website address in another folder, it removes the previously saved website address from the original folder. Why does this happen?

Firefox 3.6 was not printer-friendly - it did not print beyond page 1. Firefox 4.0 disabled my Norton virus protection. Norton provided valuable info for every website obtained via Google - both whether it was a 'safe' site plus whether it was secure site for transactions.

For these reasons I have stuck to my tried and tested Firefox 3.5.5.

Firefox not able to show the Toolbar. Says to re-install the Toolbar but does not say how

firefox versin 3.5.5 wont connect(failed to connect message) and I want re-install what's there to retrieve bookmarks etc

How long will it be before this add-on is updated so that it is available for use? I use the tools in this toolbar daily and it is extremely inconvenient to be without it.

According to my "about firefox" I'm using the updated version (7.0.1) but mozilla.com, gmail.com, pandora.com are some of the numerous websites that insist I am using version 3.5.5 and that I need to install the latest version.

When I print an email a window opens and gives me the option to print with the word print in the upper left corner of the window. When I click on print, the window for my printer is opened and I select print at the bottom. If I use Explorer the printer window opens and there is less extraneous information printed at the top of my document.
