I've been using what I gather is an "older" profiles system via about:profiles.

Now if I:

1. go to about:profiles and open my second profile in another window, 2. close second window and about:profiles page, 3. open about:profiles again in first window,

I get "Another copy of Firefox has made changes to profiles. You must restart Firefox before making more changes."

This happens every single time, even though I've made zero changes to profiles, and is extremely annoying.

Can/should I migrate my profiles to the new profile manager? How to do this?

I was sent an email so I could reset my password, and Firefox said I was using windows 10, when in fact I'm using windows 11, unfortunately. Is this a bug? What gives?

For awhile now I have trouble completing purchases on some websites when using Firefox. I need to open another browser like Edge to complete the transaction. Anything using "Shop with Visa" doesn't work and, for example, I just had to buy tickets on StubHub through a regular credit card submission. I bought them 4 times, got confirmation, and then had the order cancelled because it didn't go through. I called my credit card and was on with StubHub tech support. The final solution was to open Edge and make the purchase and it went through and I had the tickets a minute later. I'm now having the same issue trying to make a reservation at a restuarant through sevenrooms.com Its been sitting on the confirmation page for several minutes. I went into edge and made the reservation and it was confirmed with 30 seconds.

please help, i did the FF security update and lost everything! i have no passwords or bookmarks please send me a link or something to recover to last weeks version of FF this is driving me crazy.

Facebook require a selfie to log in. I have one in my video camera but Facebook say I must provide access to my camera through my browser settings. I have searched browser settings but cant find anything that will satisfy Facebook. What can I do?

Thanks to the new CEO of Mozilla moving on with the enshitification of Mozilla Firefox and deciding to shove AI-bloatware down the throat of your users I will cease supporting Mozilla vocally--in person and on social media. The greater portion of your users are not wanting the lackluster addition of any AI into the browser. A "modern AI browser" will become a lesser product overall and will only encourage your users to find a better browser.

And of course there's no "Contact Us" anymore. I don't even expect this to reach a human.

Firefox will become what all the other browsers are: a turd in an already filled sewer.

I'm changing computers. I want to upload my browser's bookmarks to a file. Then I can clear it for the next person to start from scratch. So far, I can't find a tab to make it happen. Please help. Thanks.
