The `Passwords` page can not show any username and password. But the firefox can still fill usernames and passwords automatically and remenber new passwords. I can export data via menu (right-up) too.

I have used the OneTab browser extension for years. Mac computer ran out of space but was completely backed up. Got new computer. copied Firefox profile from the and updated the profiles.ini to use the backup data.

I used a backup dated 12 Feb 2026.

I was able to restore my bookmarks and passwords from this profile, but they seem to be from many years ago. I was not syncing to my Firefox account and saving the passwords to my computer. i assumed they would be in a bakup. None of my OneTab items were restored.

I wonder if part of the problem is that Firefox wants to ( and did) update my new computer to Firefox 145 or 147. I don't know which Firefox was running when I had the issue but I suspect it was older.

All of the storage/moz-extension files are there and firefox is using the correct profile data. Is there any way to find/read/extract the OneTab history? Where should I look? I contacted OneTab and all they could tell me was to look in storage/default/moz-extension.. ( nothing readable there) Thanks

Since the 145.0.2 update web pages are loading very sloooooooow. Also, images are loading very slowly, if they load at all. At the start pages would not load at all then about a week they started loading but very slow as mentioned. Any ideas/help will be very much appreciated. I am using Windows 11.

Dear support, I have 2 pcs and I need to enter sync password every time I open Firefox - start notebook. It works fine on the second pc and password is remembered. How to solve it? When I turn on my Mac and click the Firefox browser icon, it will not load. It hangs. I get a "not responding" message and have to "force quit," again and again until FINALLY it loads, after five or more failed attempts. This does not happen with Firefox on my laptop, only my Mac. Both Firefox and my Mac are up to date. Why is this happening? Please help. It happens every day when I try to load the browser. I am about to give up and move to Safari. Relatedly, anyone know if it's possible to export all my bookmarks from Firefox to Safari?

Firefox Developer Edition (v145.0.2) on Windows 11 host machine can play udemy.com videos but Firefox Developer Edition (v146.0b9) on Windows hyper-v virtual machine cannot.

I am looking to find a way to change the time in which I receive updates from Mozilla. Getting an update interferes with the operation of my laptop and to top it off, I don't know that there is an update coming through so I waste so much time thinking I have a problem with my connection, my router, my settings, my laptop. Hugely inconvenient. Why can't I set the time I want updates to come through and not interfere with me while my laptop is in use. This is enough to make me want to drop Firefox and switch out.
