I can't copy and paste from Marriott.com (the property names as per attached screenshot from Edge) and from Hilton.com (see attached screen from Edge text can be selected) but still can copy and paste using Edge, Brave, Chrome, Vivaldi...

I have tried disabling add-ons, still cant copy and paste.

When I first start up firefox in the morning I have a strange script (see image). When I reboot my Mac Ventura 13.0 the problem goes away. How do I get rid of this problem. I have ABC Extended, Japanese, Hebrew and Greek input keyboards (English is default). I asked IT department - they don't know how to fix.

Hi I recently was hacked unfortunately due to a stupid screw up involving a person who had hacked a friend's account and had me download some malware disguised as a "game he worked on" and managed to get all my passwords stored in Firefox (spent 9 hours straight changing all 200 of them and wiping the laptop). I believe I am misinterpreting some things on how secure the storage of passwords are for Firefox as I thought using the "Primary Password" function would encrypt everything properly. The hacker proved he had them unencrypted sending some examples to me to flaunt.

Was he able to attain access to the passwords due to me already having firefox open when I was compromised (even if the primary password is asked before entering each password?) Or is there some issue with firefox not storing them properly? Or is there some other less know issue with windows or edge or something "stealing" the passwords and storing them in an unencrypted file without me knowing?

This whole thing makes me feel less trustful of firefox to say the least and while the hack itself was my fault I just want to know if there was something else I could have done other than using keepass or some other password manager to exclusively store passwords (which is what I am going to do now and probably should have been doing)

TLDR - Primary password did not stop hacker from seeing passwords - Any clarification on whether this was my fault in trusting it for such things or if there is an actual issue with firefox's approach

I continued reading on FireFox, and found that there is a "Refresh" procedure that might work, AND IT WORKED!

Hi, we have had to stop using FF as default browser as it has become unfit for purpose. Daily loses all open tabs when reloading and NO, there is no restore tabs option. It frequently does not completely load pages that open ok in safari. And yes, we have tried numerous fixes in setting, et ceteras Any suggestions? thank you.

Hello. I experience a problem that occurred 2 days ago. Firefox seems to ignore my preferences of opening previous windows and tabs, also it ignores pinned tabs. Some of websites disappear from the history (let's say i opened few windows to check if tabs will be saved by firefox, closed browser, opened it after few minutes: tabs are gone, history has only few of websites that were open. I tried to look for the problem by myself but failed. I will be grateful for your reply, thank you in advance.

So since yesterday I can't use my hotmail/outlook anymore!

I can still use it on other browsers & I can just surf the web just fine. But outlook? Nope. Reading messages work, but they still appear as unread when I go back to my inbox. I can't send an email, cant save drafts or do anything.

Pretty frustrating. What can I do? I updated the browser again, rebooted pc & I also tried deleting cookies

i keep installing over and over again and launching at the same time and for some reason the error keeps popping up. i was able to launch and play a Roblox games for a few times via browser so its safe to say that u can indeed play on the website its just that the error that it keeps popping out and not launching the game once in a while

I don't know how you can help. I really really really hate hunting for things that were there in previous years. I do not like full screen lay over that mozilla has taken to doing, if it doesn't stop i will have to remove it. I want to see my tabs, I want mozilla to stop playing with my settings and logging me out when I am idle or on my phone. There are people with the same problem but its all techy talk and i don't understand and its playing with my time to constantly search or resign in. I don't need microsoft anything, hate it, don't use cloud, don't use chrome... so do we have an issue? one more thing... I absolutely hate with a passion of terminator any fucking ai garbage and bots. would sooner smash devices and take out a fire arm to shoot any robots. Hope that makes it clear. I have anxiety issues, so swearing is an issue, get used to it especially if artifical nonsence is involved. I try very hard not to swear at people. Ai is a different matter. I have norton antivirus.

I've been unable to click through links in Thunderbird. It appears to be because Firefox refuses to be my default browser. When it asked whether I wanted it to be my default browser I answered yes, but then got a blue message saying I should go to settings/default apps. It has never done this before. I can't use Win 10 Settings because it doesn't do anything because it has been corrupted by a power cut. But this has not been a problem before because Firefox has always made itself the defealt browser when requested. I have tried doing it via the menue but I get the same message. So it appears, either Firefox has changed, or Windows 10, preventing from Firefox doing it itself. I haven't used any other browser. Edge was not set up. Any suggestions?
