Why isn't the Restore Previous Session choice available on the Open Application Menu? Even if I click the checkbox under Tools/Settings/General/Startup: Open Previous Windows and Tabs (version 107/windows 11), I am presented with a tabula rasa screen on reopening my Firefox session. Your help/support says to go to the Open Application Menu/History and choose Restore Previous Session (located between Recently Closed Windows and Clear Recent History). However the Restore Previous Session is not listed. Not sure why Firefox can't get this right since you have had it right for the almost 20 years I have chosen it as my default browser.

I am suddenly getting a message, "access denied to this server". It does not happen using a different browser. This just started happening. Any advice appreciated! Thanks

Just before protection against ads expired, the icon's "X" went black. Now that I've renewed, it has not changed the "X" on the shield to white indicating renewal.

I recently had to do a fresh reinstall of my Windows OS and was in the process of reinstalling and logging back into my Firefox browser and account. I quickly found out that I could not remember my password for the account. After trying multiple potential passwords, I was not able to find the correct one and resorted to password reset.

I reset my account and now lost all the bookmarks that were saved to the account. The odd thing is that I still have my bookmarks available on my mobile firefox browser, under Bookmarks -> Desktop Bookmarks -> Bookmarks Toolbar.

Is there any way to bring back my previous bookmarks the way they were before the Windows OS reinstall? Especially given that my mobile Firefox still retains those bookmarks?

Everytime I try to send a politically sensitive email. I get disconnected from my server and my email is disabled. I am running PC Matic malware protection, a VPN. It doesn't matter. Big Brother is always looking over my shoulder, suppressing everything that they deem is not in line with the governments agenda. I have been shut out of my browser on occasion, so I can't get to my banking login. They have scrambled and deleted certain contacts on my contact list. I have changed my email, passwords, ISP, computer now using Windows10, upgraded everything but still cannot block this monitoring system. If I write a letter to my MPP my computer noticeably slows down and just locks up, they change my port settings, etc so I can not send it. Whatever monitoring program walks right past my VPN, kicks my PC Matic aside and simply locks me out, I have been to our local police station, the RCMP. they say the government can do as they please and I have no say!!!! This is a profound violation of our Charter of Rights. How can I find out who is at the root of this and how do I stop it? could you find out who is doing this to me? Would you have any suggestions on how to block this electronic eavesdropping. Thanking you in advance for your help in this matter I remain yours truly Greg Mahoney

Everyday spam emails arrive in both Inbox and in Junk. But some wanted emails do not arrive. Truist bank sends a daily update for our account which did arrive in the past but hasn't in weeks? Truist website shows they had sent it daily.

I have used FIREFOX for many years and have account. Right now I am located in France but normally based in US. I have tried multiple times to sign up to FIREFOX / MOZILLA VPN but when I reach the pay page and enter credit card details it will not let me pay. I have tried multiple credit cards both American and European and all valid cards but the pay button simply won/t turn blue and allow the final step. Do you have any suggestions ? I am trying to add a 2nd email to my FF account in order to change the the primary account. When I add the new email to the "secondary email" I get a message that " email already exists" but never shows up.

Firefox is currently opening external link in the current tab, without any possibility to go back. For example, whenever I follow a link from a program (e.g. a pdf reader), when I press F1 in LibreOffice etc., the page being opened in Firefox will replace the current tab (and the history for that tab will be disabled).

'This is a problem for several reasons': 1. One can't go back to the current since it's gone from the "go back one page". 2. If I am doing something in the tab, everything will automatically disappear, without any warning. 3. Since the current page will disappear completely, it can be tricky to know what tab content is being "overwritten".

On Firefox 107.0, with browser.fullscreen.autohide set to false, the bookmarks toolbar is still hidden in fullscreen. If I right-click the tab area and hover over the Bookmarks toolbar entry, the Always Show option is already selected.

Firefox (107.0) remembers passwords and logins, also ,history correctly and works fine when I check "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" and "Remember search and form history" under Privacy and Security tab in settings page but when Firefox or computer is turned off or restarted these settings are not kept and are unchecked.When I go to settings page and recheck these items every thing works fine. How can I get Firefox to remember my settings choice, this feature has worked perfectly for a long time but has only started doing this recently. I cant remember if it started after an update or not but I don't think so.

Good day I have been a firefox user for donkey years and recently I have started experience SLUGGISHNESS and the TABS keep on CRASHING.

I have noticed it happens every time with GoDaddy and when I look at the Task running it shows that there are 16+ TABS open and currently I only have 3 tabs open with the settings tab and support tab open

I would appreciate any help as I really do not want to move over to CHROME :(
