when I scroll in my feed it will jump several things down . doesn't matter what computer I am on it still does it. Not right away but soon as I go down my feed it starts jumping .

The site unter https://www.wetter.de/deutschland/wetter-bremen-18220609.html won't be displayed correctly. I get errors like this: please see the image!

Please give me very simple instructions on getting Firefox not to display trash text. I am sending a screen shot. The trash text seems to be a problem when I open an email in Firefox only, not Safari or Chrome. Problem occurs in both of the two email clients I use: Yahoo or Apple Mail.

--What I Did With The Problem-- I went to the Mozilla Community for what to do about random text showing up and found a couple suggestions for command line “fixes" from a few years back. I don’t know if they would have worked for my problem, since the problem they were fixing didn’t sound exactly like mine. Also it has been 30 years or so since I used a command line interface. Not wanting to start with that now.

I tried reinstalling Firefox. No change.

I tried translating a line of text from Turkish to English (it looked to me of Turkish, and no, I don't know any Turkish) and it translated. But when I tried with Hmong and Spanish, the same line translated to English. I abandoned this “test.”

I tried looking for more help at mozilla.com on Facebook and found a Help page that seemed more concerned with Indian politics and Excel fixes than Firefox.

I have a subscription to ancestry.com. However, I've noticed several Firefox updates ago that I can no longer write a story and add it to an ancestor's media gallery. When I do, I keep getting this:

Access Denied Error 21

What happened? This request was blocked by security rules.

Your IP: (gives my IP addy) Incident ID: (gives a different incident ID each time I try it and get the error message).

WHAT IS this? And how can I resolve it? I have completely deleted my browser history, cookies, cache, everything and it doesn't make a difference. I'm still getting this message but ONLY in Firefox. Not in other browsers. I use Firefox to do most of my genealogical research, but this may have to change if I can't get it to work with ancestry.com. I've also alerted them to the problem, but so far they haven't come up with a solution, other than to delete cookies/cache/history, which I have done. It can't be my computer or it would do it on all three browsers I have installed - Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox. But it doesn't. Only in Firefox. It has to be something in the browser settings. Anyone have a clue?

When I try to go to co2coalition.org website a daddy daddy page comes up blocking access. How do I fix this so it with go to the website?

I have two laptops. My old laptop login to Firefox no problem. My new laptop does not allow the password of my old laptop. MAC. I use Keychain settings to recover my password on my old one. Use it in the new one and it says it is incorrect. Solution?

Every time I'm on Amazon.com, Firefox will freeze and become unresponsive. I've disabled Hardware Acceleration, disabled all add-ons, did a refresh, and a full uninstall and reinstall(deleting all files, including profiles) and nothing seems to fix the problem.

In Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, tabs that were not loaded successfully are automatically reloaded as soon as an Internet connection is available, or maybe, more likely, as soon as a change in the connection is detected. How can I produce the same behavior in Firefox? If that's not possible, can this be a feature to be added in an upcoming release?

With latest update comes Windows' "Make text bigger" accessibility setting now affects all the UI and content pages, rather than only applying to system font sizes.

Can I disable this behavior via about config or any other way? Now top plate consume much more space of screen (I use "Make text bigger" equals to 144%), very disappointed.

hi, have downloaded installer file several times with Firefox and i end up always needing to download from another browser to get it to work. The installer this specific time is xampp for windows. The download works well, the file goes to the right folder, but when i click on the installer, it leads to a new browser window (see pic1) and no matter what option i choose it never performs the installation. in the pic 2, u can see the applications options. I am really trying to give a shot at firefox but i always end up having to use another browser :-/. Thanks a lot for any help

on a web page like, Regal Cinemas, the seating chart does not appear. I can move the mouse pointer to where a seat should be, but seat does not appear. Also on other web pages the mouse will show something is there but I am unable to see what the mouse sees. Mouse pointer turns from pointer to finger stating something is there. I am unable to click on the email button. Please email me. Thanks

My firefox collapsed a couple of times (I don't blame it my browsing contained around 40 tabs XD). However, when I restarted the browser all of my addons went missing also I cannot add any new addons tried the ones recommended by the browser. I also tried to update the browser and all the troubleshooting options I could find. The issue is not detected by any troubleshooting I tried. So please help me restore somehow my addons or at least make me able to install addons at all. Thanks

I'm trying to take a proctored test with PearsonVue. It keeps saying on the system test that Firefox is still running. I've tried shutting down through Task Manager. I've tried rebooting and just using Chrome to access the test page. It still says it's running. Next step is to uninstall...surely there's another solution!?

I participate in a number of surveys. For some reason, I cannot access them anymore when using Firefox/Yahoo. I could in the past. I can still access them if I use Google. What has happened?
