I refreshed Firefox and all my passwords disapeared even though it stated they would be saved. I followed online instructions and copied and pasted the old data into the new profile. Although I can see the old login data is there nothing shows up in the saved passwords section in settings. HELP! all my passwords are badly required as I have no other record.

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.

Hey! I think to migrate from Vivaldi but only couple of things stops me. I used to split some tabs in one screen there and looks like I can't find any good addons for that. There is one addon Tile Tabs WE but it is not what I need, I want to tabs be still along other tabs, I can detach them and place on my screen by myself without such addons but that's uncomfortable to use.

I'm having a problem related to an extension that I have to use to consult legal processes in my country (there is no other way, the extension is widely used and is a requirement, I've always used it). Not too long ago this browser started having problems with the extension that hurt my company like hell, this is our last attempt to continue using this browser.

My shortcut display had frequently visited websites shown and these have been replaced by several sponsored shortcuts I am not interested in. Plus, my saved user names and passwords are not loading even though they are still stored. I don't understand what happened, why these have changed, or how to restore what I previously had on shortcuts. I am not a tech savvy person and am stumped and looking for help

Hi, current version is 100.0.2. Running on Win 10 (10.0.19044 build 19044). Have refreshed Firefox and also tried a clean install - problem still exists. Have done a scan using HouseCall - no gremlins found. For the last few weeks my browser has been playing up. After a few minutes pages would basically stop loading, clicking on a new link would open a new window but nothing would load. Disabled my Ad Blocker extensions (I had two) and issue resolved itself. Re-enabled Ad blocker (AdGuard AdBlocker) and problem returned. Disabled it, problem went, tried Ghostery (not used before), issue returned. Both extensions are recommended. Similar issue exists on my work computer - one ad blocker and after a few site visits pages no longer load, and links no longer react to a click, home button no longer works. I close and open and I get told firefox is already running and do I want to close it before opening again. Pretty sure it's not just my home computer. Any help would be welcomed.

Over the last year or so, I've had to switch to Chrome to load some pages properly. reCAPTCHA is proving to be a particular problem - which I'm told is powered by Google? I could be blocking Google content too much within my Firefox browser?

My wife is a long-term Chrome fan and says, "I don't know why you bother with Firefox, Chrome is much better", but I rebuke and say, "No! It's been great over the years, I've been using it since 2003".

Do I need to change my settings somewhere? At times certain pages don't load - it'll say 'Click Verify; or something similar and the 'Verify' button doesn't appear - I load the same page in Chrome, and boom, it's all there.

Am I doing something wrong with Firefox? I have version 100.0.2 (64-bit). Or is it time to give in to the mighty Google and go to Chrome after loyally using Firefox/Mozilla since 2003? (A daft thing to ask on a Firefox forum, I know!).

When opening History the column headers are there but no dates are shown in the Added and Last Modified columns. These columns are selected in Views and the listed web pages appear to be correctly sorted into Added date order. My browser is up to date an is 100.0.2 64 bit. Thanks

I am an employer and use Indeed website to hire staff. I can log into my Indeed web account and can access all webpages except the Jobs webpage, the most fundamental part of this exercise.

I contacted Indeed and phone rep said to use Google Chrome which worked easily.

I am a dedicated Firefox user and do not want to use Google Chrome. Please fix this access problem which forces an employer to use Chrome to hire his workers.

Greets to all After last update to 100.0.2 (64bit) connection to National Bank of Greece account is impossible due to an image error occurring, while entering OTP informing :

" error image " connection procedure with OTP failed. Please be sure that your browser allow you storing od cookies and try again.

This does not occur using chrome or edge ...

settings are checked ok, nothing changed recently

After a reinstallation of FIREFOX, it failed to login to sync with Firefox. My account and password input are correct. And I can login to my accout with Chrome (https://accounts.firefox.com/).

Hi I don't know what has happened to Firefox, I used it all the time for many years, now I can't sign in to Outlook and have more problems than ever. It asks me to sign into Microsoft but all I get is a blank page. Firefox was always more colourful than other browsers that's why I used it and nothing you do to try to fix this problem doesn't work, it creates more problems than it's worth, that's why I use Chrome, but I do want to use FF. Not all of us are IT experts and can't do all these complicated suggestions every web site offers, so can you make it so much easier for us to understand and for example get Outlook to open automatically as it used to do, until you can fix this I will have to use another browser. I really do like FF but it's impossible. Geoff.

I don't want to see or think about ads, i don't want to know what getpocket is. I don't want chefs plate and their columbiahouse 2.0 bullshit product. It is absolute trash.

I do not want to see these things. Ever. Again.

If there is no way to remove these things from my browser its time to go back to chrome.

My system disk failed, so I had to restore it from pretty old backup, with old Firefox version installed and old profile data. Now I want to start Firefox and reopen all my recent tabs from Firefox Sync, but not from my local (old) profile. How should I proceed?
