Hi. Recently, when I open "beisat.com" or "beisat.org" in firefox it shows the website content in a bad shape. I am 100 percent sure that it is not from server because I have tested with my phone and another laptop. Also tried multiple internet connections. I failed to find a way resolving this error.

If I wanted to use the navbar for search I'd set it up that way. I don't, and I'm getting really sick of doing this...

    type in searchBar "about:config"
   Accept warning
   Search "browser.urlbar.suggest.searches" and change it to false (Do this Only if you want to disable suggesions)
   Search "keyword.enabled" and change it to false
   Search "browser.fixup.alternate.enabled" and change it to false 

every time I open Firefox or a new tab in Firefox.

I'd like the option of not having it search in the navbar, ever. I search using Google. I like Google. I've been a big fan and supporter of Firefox for years, but this constantly having to deal with the search in the navbar thing, which I don't want it to do, is really turning me off of Firefox. I hate the Microsoft junk, Explorer and Edge, and I don't like Chrome either, but I'm getting really sick of Firefox trying to shove this Search via the navbar thing down my throat.

How do I disable navbar search permanently, or am I just stuck with redoing it every time I open Firefox or a new tab, at least until I get completely fed up and decide to give another browser a try at replacing Firefox?

When I use another browser (Edge) there seems to be no problem. Any help would be appreciated.

On other browsers such as Google Chrome these elements load instantly after clicking on them.

I have uninstalled all addons and accepted all cookies, I also tried to disable hardware acceleration, all to no avail.

I need to disable all videos from ever playing no matter what for medical safety reasons, does Firefox allow this?

I've already found the option in the config to disable GIFs. Turning off autoplay is not enough.

Hello Team,

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.

PC / Windows 7 (yes, still) / Firefox 100.0.2 :

Past several months on Firefox, when attempting to access a video either embedded (say, in a news site or YouTube), the download is unusually slow, with such screen notices (attached) appearing.

The "gray bar" across the bottom (which, as I understand it, indicates buffering/caching activity) immediately loads up about .25%, then awaits the video to play . . . and then it sits there and goes through any combination of the attached .jpgs.

Quite often, regardless of how many tabs are open (perhaps a half dozen), the (Not Responding) message will show up, and then it's just wait it out (usually 15-45 seconds).

Any solutions / comments / directions-to-point-me-in?

Firefox crashes on Windows 10 immediately after launching without even showing the graphical user interface. The same happens when trying to launch firefox from the command line with the "-safe-mode" switch. Interestingly, this behaviour is for a certain user on the machine only. Another user can launch it normally. Tried deleting the profile, re-installing firefox. In the CrashReports folder, there is only a "InstallTime20220519220738" file with 10 bytes size (and an empty "events" folder. The content of the file is just the string "1653942123". Any ideas how to figure out the cause of the crash?

Hi there! Well, another company told my business partner that their product does not like Firefox so we should use Chrome and maybe Edge. First, that is a crock, but seems to be a standard answer from anyone in the business world, sadly. I would not trust Edge or Chrome, especially those two, if they were the last platforms on earth. So, help pretty please?

Is there a setting that we can use that will assist in using RSMeans Online Version so it will work more effectively? Whenever we get an error message or it just won't open, they blame it on Firefox.

I use a touch screen HP laptop. And when I shopping or just reading news and there is a picture on the page or site it pops up, even if I do not touch it. I can not see the text behind it. I know it is a setting some here because if i go to trouble shooting mode it does not happen. i have checked and unchecked every thing I can fine and nothing helps but trouble shooting mode. So when I close out and reopen Firefox trouble back. I have not tried other browsers because I only like Firefox

Hi I don't know what has happened to Firefox, I used it all the time for many years, now I can't sign in to Outlook and have more problems than ever. It asks me to sign into Microsoft but all I get is a blank page. Firefox was always more colourful than other browsers that's why I used it and nothing you do to try to fix this problem doesn't work, it creates more problems than it's worth, that's why I use Chrome, but I do want to use FF. Not all of us are IT experts and can't do all these complicated suggestions every web site offers, so can you make it so much easier for us to understand and for example get Outlook to open automatically as it used to do, until you can fix this I will have to use another browser. I really do like FF but it's impossible. Geoff.

I cannot find the right thing to change in about :config to stop the address bar stealing all my searches, it is quite irritating. I have just bought two new computers and on first I managed eventually, but have been 8 hours trying to figure it out ( as in what I did before) I am not tech savvy so only managed before by searching info online. Can anyone help with this ?
