My Windows 10 system uses a powered amplifier to provide audio. As long as I have had this computer, the same volume level has worked for music through Itunes, satellite radio and all videos that come through Firefox. For example, 10 is the normal setting. Recently, somehow the audio must be turned up to about 30 on all videos that come through Firefox from whatever source site. The 10 setting stills works for all other audio sources. I don't know how this happened, rebooting, turning system off, etc doesn't have any impact. Is there some setting that either has changed or can be changed to restore the same volume levels for all input sources? Thanks.

All of a sudden, Twitter will not let me log in on Firefox (Windows 11 laptop). It works on my phone, tablet, and other browsers. When I try to log into Twitter on Firefox, I get an error saying "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later. " I have already tried updating the browser, clearing my cache, and clearing my cookies and I'm still having the issue. What can I do to fix this?

Instructions on changing primary email address not helpful-prompted to access Accounts but profile displayed would not let me edit my primary email address. When attempted to add secondary address was notified that code was sent to my old email address was was compromised & deleted by security of my carrier Want to add new email address & add secondary email account. just updated to version 100, and now my work is stalled because I can't play online training videos (that it's my job to create, so need to publish and preview them online). The audio plays, but the video does not. Interestingly, when I navigate away from the tab, the visual still refreshes to the progress point in the video, but still does not PLAY the video.

Firefox just updated with version 100 and I've lost (or can't find) the option to restore my last session. What's up with that? I need help please.

Hi. How do I give permission to Firefox to open a webpage? There seems to be a firewall issue or something? Please provide the exact steps to allow a URL to be opened with my permission. How do I grant access / grant permission to access a specific site? Thanks. FYI: I'm a bit frustrated and I have a deadline coming up soon.

Auto-fill works fine for all other sites logins. Google uses similar 2 step login layout, when I click in the username box a list of usernames for google site drops down. This does not happen with Airbnb.

The problem occurs in multiple profiles including a new profile set up to test, all history and cookies cleared. First the browser offers to save the login with username empty. (Manually filled in username then saved.) Then logged out, login page username is empty. Does not autofill even when I start typing the saved username.

What is causing this? Is it happening on the main .com site or just the .co.nz site?. ( I am unable to test the .com site because I am in New Zealand, airbnb.com site redirects automatically to airbnb.co.nz url above) How can I fix it please?

I'm using office365 mail and I cannot drag a file for mail attachment. This works fine in other browsers and I haven't been able to find a way to do it. I really need to do this for my work, so I'm starting to use another browser, which I didn't want to.

I use Firefox on a Mac (Big Sur OS), and all of a sudden when I updated to the latest Firefox version -- each time I click on Firefox it opens in a new window other than the one I'm working on which is **really** annoying! What can I do to prevent this? Is there some adjustment in preferences I'm not aware of? Please help!!

I can only save (not open) Gmail attachments after the latest update and JPG is not showing up in my the Applications section of Settings/General so I cannot fix it.

This has happened one time too many guys, every update but this time half the items I would normally get as an attachment are no longer listed in the applications menu.

If I cannot get a fix quickly I will be forced to move to Chrome (which I REALLY hate the idea of). I see 25 - 80 emails a day and it is mission critical that I can open and view email attachments without having to save them.

Google Chrome is closed and ive checked task manager to make sure that its not open in the background.

I choose my main account from google chrome and choose to import passwords and bookmarks and it says that it successfully imported it but my passwords and bookmarks are not showing up on mozilla.

The background on the homepage link shortcut boxes keeps reverting to black and text underneath to white on my off-white background when a new version loads. I've used Colors to customize the look of my firefox but can't find any control for that. Once a new version kept the boxes white and the text black but now it's back to black again. Where is the control to fix this?

Hello. With version 100.0 came multi-language spellchecking. I would like to know how exactly does it work, please.

For instance, if I enable both English and French, will it simply virtually add the two dictionaries and use the resulting combined list of words? Or will it try to understand if a paragraph or sentence is English and mark non-English words in that paragraph/sentence as incorrect even if they are French?

I am obviously asking this because there is no detailed information at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-firefox-spell-checker.

I have completely separate bookmarks and bookmark toolbars on my work PC and home PC. I do log in on my home PC as to not lose my personal bookmarks and passwords. I accidentally logged into Firefox at work and it merged my bookmarks from my home PC. I logged out of Firefox on the work PC and removed the bookmarks that were imported from my home PC profile. I then tried to make a new account with my work email and login to sync on my work PC but it always says primary email needed and I'm stuck. I did go to about:profiles and add a work profile but that doesn't help me. I need to make a Firefox profile on my work PC with my work email address but the primary email thing gets me. Is there a way to do this with my current work PC bookmarks not lost? Thanks

Unable to log into my Citizens Bank account. I keep getting an "Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access "https:citizensbank.com/HomePage.aspx" on this server." Tried updating Firefox and Troubleshoot mode.

How to I alter settings on Firefox so I can download attachments on AOL mail? I can download them on other browsers, the problem is not AOL, it is Firefox. I have tried clearing cache and cookies, disabling enhanced tracking protection. What else can I do?
