I use OnlyKey usb key as FIDO2 MFA with most of my accounts. On Firefox 123.0 on MacOS Sonoma 14.2.1 (23C71) however, I get presented with multiple pop ups to touch my usb key but the key expects only one input/touch and it fails when I touch it the second time. This was not the workflow that I used to use before and it still works fine on MacOS ventura with Firefox + protonmail.

When I scroll through Facebook, often if there are two posts with photos, the browser seems to jump back and forth between the two images making it impossible to see or read either. My release is 123.0 and it was loaded when I needed to restore my system after a drive upgrade about 10 days ago.

Netflix will not play in Firefox on windows 11. Any help is appreciated. First error message is a connectivity issue, but Netflix will play in other browsers. Then second error message is F7111-1957-205002. I have followed both suggestions, with no luck. Anyone that has had this issue or knows how to fix it, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi jscher2000, I want to thank you for your advice concerning a problem I had downloading Firefox to my Windows 10 laptop. I tried to follow your advice but was not successful. In the end, I googled "what if Firefox doesn't install". It took me to a website, https://www.makeuseof.com/fix-firefox-not-installing-windows , which took me to an article entitled "8 Fixes to Try if Firefox Won't Install on Windows". I tried #1 and #2 without success. #3, Temporarily Disable Your Antivirus Software, worked. Firefox is up and running. Feel free to share this with anyone who has a similar problem. I wish I knew! Problem seems to with name I have for my account with Firefox. I see p348brogden, I think it should be peter.brogden3 but I may totally wrong. I cannot get loading of WPS365(?) to happen.

Hi, PLEASE ASSIST I have a Desktop Computer & also a Laptop Computer(both using Windows 10) I used Firefox Syn to have both Comuters the same BUT BUT,Nothing but Problems On the Desktop Computer,regardless if I open Firefox,both Bookmark Menu & toolbar Menu are the same After (on firefox using Eset Banking) the Toolbar was great,but now,when I open it,it is the same as the normal Bookmark Menu) & if I open Firefox normally,the Menus are the same On Firefox using ESET Banking,I deleted all the menu on the toolbar & Put in the sites I had before all of the SYN But After I had it back to where I need it,GREAT & Shut it down,After 15 minutes I reopened it again & MUCH TO MY DISCUSS.the Toolbar Menu I just had put back is gone & the normal bookmark menu is Back HOW CAN I STOP THIS Through Firefox ESET Banking Tooplbar menu,is a safe way of logging into sites to make payments It is EXTREMELY FRUSTATING Please Help Thank you Darryl.Smith

It is sort in the background like a page behind the main screen I am viewing but it causes Firefox to crash. I have seen other posts say disable hardware acceleration, but mine is disabled, others say disabled extension, but I only have ublock! It is not my graphics card as it is all up to date. My laptop is new 6 months old.

I have had this spam pop up 2 times when I was on Facebook through Firefox through DuckDuckGo. Could someone confirm that this is spam and how to fix it? Also, I would like to report it to Firefox and I can't find how to do that either. Thank you

I can't print an email. The whole screen prints and is too small to read.

I read previous answers to use the drop down menu and select print, but then I get window that says I have a blocking the print. I don't have an active blocker. I do have malwarebytes. Never had any trouble printing on chrome or safari.

Firefox search allows a range of useful search engines to be available. About every 2 weeks, Amazon UK is removed from the list available. Then I have to refind it and put it back. Then repeat the process. This is getting boring.

Is there any way this search tool can be nailed into the search options?

I tried enabling localfilelinks in firefox and found this thread https://support.mozilla.org/fr/questions/1264779 which mentions creating a "user.js" file and adding this:

then reloading firefox.

The fix worked and i was able to use local files in firefox. My Problem now is reverting localfileaccess to default (blocked).

i tried modifying the "user.js", deleting it, deleting and reinstalling firefox, cleaning the firefox install and creating a new profile. when i deleted user.js the enabled options vanished from "prefs.js" but local file access was still enabled. I also tried to edit the generated options in about:config but i cannot get it to revert to localfile access beeing locked and couldn't find any way to fix my problem.

Is there an easy way to relock this?

I am encountering a repeated problem making online reservations in another country through Firefox, in which I select the correct date in the displayed calendar, submit the reservation request, and then receive a confirmation for the day following the one I requested. It has now occurred multiple times in the last few months, involving reservations made at hotels, restaurants, and libraries through a variety of platforms (third-party consolidators, directly through the business's own site, etc). I thought at first it might have to do with the time zones--I made the first batch of reservations in the evening US time when it was already the following day in Europe, but it is now happening with reservations made at a time when the dates match. When I contact the businesses, they see no sign of error on their end. I feel like I am losing my mind.

Hi, lately I have been having issues with updates. When Firefox browser in MacOS gets update, it ask me to sign in to all platforms again. This wasn't the case at all before.

In the browser settings I use a color preference that replaces white with black, this works with pages where Dark Reader is not available. These settings are needed so that when surfing the web at night with the dark mode on, my eyes don't hurt from contrasting bright white elements with dark-colored pages. For example, it works on single image pages - in situations where except for the image the rest of the page is colored solid white; It also works for some add-ons - on settings pages and pop-ups.

I'm interested in being able to automate toggling on/off the «Use system colors» checkbox, which is in the browser «Color» settings. It would be great to somehow synchronize the activation of night mode in Dark Reader with disabling checkbox responsible for using system colors. Or, for example, make it so that when the «Website appearance» setting is set to «Automatic», the checkbox is switched accordingly together with it - being disabled when the appearance is dark and enabled when it is light.
