It's in color and constantly moving within its' frame. The ad is dead centered on the screen. Once I continue on to another site from Firefox the ad is gone. It's specific to Firefox. It's not logical that you've done this to torment your users. You're a non-profit. I will have to, very reluctantly, remove Firefox from my computer, though, regardless. How did Groupon worm its way onto my screen? The coincidence is that several days ago I unsubscribed from receiving Groupon's offers/ads. Could this be revenge? There's a meanness apparent here. Thank you for your attention and quick resolution. Allen R. Piper

I have "accept cookies from sites" and "ask me every time" set on FF 20. When I navigate to certain sites, I select "deny" cookies and "use my choice for every cookie", yet I am presented with multiple queries asking me if I want to accept cookies for the site. Apple.com, for instance, just asked me 30 times if I wanted to accept cookies from the site, even though I marked "use my choice for every cookie."

Sometimes FF freezes up and I have to force quit it to deal with the onslaught. This has been a problem for years now, and is very frustrating. Is someone working on fixing it?

I have an application that resides in an iframe within a page. The application and the embedding page are from different domains. The application currently uses cookies to track if the user has used the application before. From what I understood from the Mozilla blog, upcoming releases of Firefox will not allow applications reading cookies from third parties, so my application will not work as before. My question is what I can do to my application so that it will continue to work with upcoming releases of firefox?

ON the firefox, the setting is set to "Never remember history" . I have a web site which sets the default value on the record per page dropdown list to 100 for every tab. When I change the value to 5 and then logout. clear the caches/cookies . and then reload the page and then login to the website the value is showing as 5? why is it so? since the default value of the dropdown on fress login should be displayed as 100. I am facing this issue in Firefox 20.0.1 and on Internet explorer its working fine, the default value of the drop down is showing up as "100" . Let me know what behavior is expected on firefox on the above mentioned issue. This relates to firefox browser only.

About one year back, I saved a webpage as webpage complete, that is, as a HTML file and a folder containing associated files. Recently I added mozilla archive format add-on. I revisited the webpage and it has changed a little bit, for example the picture in the heading and another picture in the body of the page. Now I saved this changed webpage as a single file, in MHT format. Now when I am opening the MHT file it is showing the previous version of the webpage, and at the top it is showing 'saved from: file:///G:/Document/Religion/filename'. When I move the file in another drive or folder firefox opens the changed version of the webpage and at the top 'Saved from: http://mukto-mona.com/bangla_blog/?p=28719, that is url of the webpage. When I move the file in G it again shows the old version. One word more, I downloaded all files and temporarily saved them in C drive. Later I moved them elsewhere. As you can see this above file I saved in G drive. I tried clearing cookies and histories of firefox and browsing history in Windows internet options. Problem is not going. I do not know whether it is a cookie problem, but I placed the question here.

Though I mentioned about a single saved file just for instance, actually the problem showing for several files. Thanks in advance.

For the past two weeks or so, I've been getting an error message every time I try to access my mom's credit card account. The website redirects me to a different page because it wants me to pick out five different security questions and answer them to make the account safer. After I do that and click the "Submit" button, I get the error page. It tells me that the page isn't redirecting properly, the server is redirecting in a way that will never complete, and that disabling or refusing to accept cookies can cause the problem. There's also a link on the security question page that is supposed to take me to a page that tells more about the security questions. If I click on it, I get the same error. Normally, I log on to our credit card account from www.orchardbank.com. It takes me to www.capitalonecardservice.com - and our account. The security question page is on www.hsbccreditcard.com. I've tried deleting cookies from these sites, deleting all cookies, clearing the cache, deleting the cookie files from my computer, and clearing the history of those sites. None of it has worked. I have my browser set to allow cookies, and I don't have any that are blocked. Does anybody know of anything else I can try?

I can access the US Airways home page, but when I try to get information on flight schedules to book a flight, a window comes up that says:

"We're sorry. Your session may have expired. Please restart your search without using your 'back' button. If you continue to receive this message, call 800-327-7810 for assistance. Reference code: KHBCJA45YPWTAF45QDRV4H55 (1.2.111090.111090) Occurred: 7/31/2013 9:55:20 AM"

This is the only site that I removed the cookies from, and I don't know if I removed them properly. Using another browser, I am still able to get access to flight schedules. I called US Airways and they said that the problem is with the Firefox browser. I am using v. 22.0 for Mac. Firefox is my browser of choice, so I would like to get this working. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you. Jacque Friedman

When I click the Remember Me box on sites, it will remember it until I close the browser. When I open the browser again, it has logged out of everything. This is quite irritating as I have many accounts on many sites with many usernames and passwords. I have told FireFox that I want to be tracked, but it has not affected it. I told FireFox never to remember history, but I don't see how that could effect it.
