Hi,

I have lost my Bookmarks toolbar. It is present in Manage Bookmarks but the toolbar appears blank, with no icons, on the main page.

I have gone thro all the advice here to no effect.

My bookmark toolbar is empty. I have made sure "Always Show" is checked. I have tried to put new Web Sites on the toolbar to no avail. Nothing seems to bring back my bookmarks. I have added the little star with the bracket under it to the bookmark toolbar. It has many of the previous bookmarks but many are also missing. Entire folders are missing. I have been messing around with the tabs toolbar because they are about 30% too tall. About 1" too tall. 3/4" above text and 1/4" below. About 1/3rd of my screen is taken by tool bars. Approx 1 1/8" by the bookmark toolbar alone which is showing only the star with the bracket under it ( Far left of line ).

bold text My prior version of Firefox had a line near the top where commonly used links (e.g., google calendar) could be accessed. My current version no longer has that. Can I recover those links and is there a way of having convenient access to them with the current version?

Hi. The message "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks..." has appeared at the top of my Firefox window. I don't think it's been there for more than a couple of days, so it must have been added by a recent update. I already have my bookmarks available just fine, so is there a way to get rid of the message? Thanks!

There is a section called "Recent bookmarks", which appears after clicking on the 'Bookmarks' button in the browser sidebar. My problem with it is that it appears automatically, and it cannot be hidden, removed, or minimized; and shows all the recent bookmarks saved or imported to firefox. I feel very uncomfortable using the browser with such a feature. I would tell you that I switched to Firefox from Apple's Safari browser; and one of the reasons for such move was this same problem in that browser. I'm using the latest version of firefox browser v 152.0.5 (64-bit), on macbook pro m4 running latest macOS. Please help if you can how to either hide or remove the "Recent bookmarks" or please consider adding the capability for the user to do so, in the next browser update.

Now that some bright person eliminated my visible bookmarks, I find firefox is just too hard to use. You eliminated my bookmarks from the screen, but they are still there in the menu. Problem is, I have too little patience to use the bookmarks menu EVERY TIME, OVER AND OVER.

So the Firefox team has forced me to Bing. That sucks. I think this update was a tragedy for USERS, but users never matter anyway, so who cares? NOT FIREFOX. This last update ruined Firefox in my humble opinion.

My BOA bookmark on my Firefox browser changed appearance. My BOA bookmark is one I downloaded only once I was in my BOA account and felt very certain of its authenticity. This is disturbing and frightening. I rely on that bookmark to access my finances. Did Firefox do this? I just contacted BOA and they said they did not do this. They said you most likely did this. Why would you do this? This makes me feel I would be logging into a scam site if I click on it. Why would you change the appearance of a crucial to ME site like this?

I keep a lot of bookmarks, organized into folders. Many of those folders are in my bookmarks toolbar. And many of subfolders. When I click a folder (and subfolder), bookmarks present themselves from top to bottom in order of when they were added. But I'd like to see them in order of when they were last added! ...so the most recently added bookmark is the first option I see. Is there a way to achieve? Thanks in advance!
