I have problem with the browser for some reason I have no sounds on any Firefox pages but from my computer is no problem what is the problem?

Sometimes whilst watching youtube videos they freeze and I have to restart Firefox. Is that a Firefox issue? I am not a youtube member. Thanks Reg
