When using the built-in VPN, even if you turn off the "use VPN for this site" toggle, the site does not open until you turn off the VPN completely. I have a local company website that doesn't work when VPN is enabled, and I want to use the new built-in VPN with an exception for this website. But after I turn off the "Use VPN for this website" toggle, the website still won't open. The only solution is to completely disable the VPN for the browser.

I have had the situation where the FF browser VPN extension has dropped out, the warning pops up, whatever programs are open cycle through and briefly steal focus and the last video I played in VLC has started to play, this has happened a few weeks ago on a Win10 that has extended suppoirt and today on Linux Mint.

I have been trying to turn on the VPN and get through the steps except for the last one where it say go to the open panel to turn it on. What is the open panel? and where do I find it?

I used to have VPN on my computer. Then I got a technician in to find out why it was running so slowly. He said it was because of the VPN, so I removed it. So my question is: Will Firefox VPN slow my computer down?

I want to use the VPN, but when I sign in, and click the "VPN" button on the top right of my screen, it just takes forever to load. I don't think it ever loads. Then when I reset, it just says the same thing :Try Firefox's built in VPN.

My VPN has. stopped working although it has reset as it does monthly, worked fine a week ago, Still have 50 gig and won't engage with server? any help appreciated....

I didn't have the VPN toggle in the browser

I login and still no VPN toggle switch

I'm wondering if there is a compatibility issue with the built-in Firefox VPN and the DoH settings. I have the DNS over HTTPS set to 'custom' with the default option of Cloudfare

With the VPN turned on 1.1.1.1/help shows that I am not connected or using DoH, but the second I turn the VPN off I am connected and using DoH. It seems that the Firefox VPN uses Fastly as its DNS and not the DoH settings I selcted.

Is there a way for the VPN+DoH to work together? Admittedly I'm very new to trying to be more secure/anonymous on the internet, but I was under the impression that having both is better than one or the other.

Am I missing something?

Whenever I click on VPN on your task line I get the same drop down window offering installation. Upon clicking on "further" I end up with a page which offers nothing to proceed to an installation process. I realy feel lost and dumped into a marry go round endless circle.

I am signed in to Mozilla account but the VPN plug in never gives me the option to turn it ON. I see the VPN plug in in the tool bar, every time I click on it, it tells me to sign in to my account even though I am already signed in. It never presents the option to turn "on" like I see in the FAQ. The "Turn on VPN" option never appears.

Firefox VPN has completely disappeared. Last week it was installed in my browser. Now it has completely gone. It no longer shows up on the tool bar. I can't even click on it to reinstall it. I found the same question asked by another user, but the so-called answers below his questions were useless. They told us how to install it. But it is impossible to install it if the invitation icon is gone.
