Sometimes, after the last major Firefox upgrade, upon clicking on a link on webpages, immediately, the link moves to another location on the webpage without opening the link. I then have to move my mouse to "chase" the link and then when clicked on again, it does not move and the link opens.

I would like to have this issue fixed.

Hello, Since today, after a new update, when I open Firefox, it displays as a mobile. As you can see on the picture it believes it is full screen. When I try to switch to full screen either by using the button or double clicking the top bar, it then just changes position across my screen, I have to do it again and only then it accepts to fit my windows, it's super annoying. I don't have any entry with useragent changed in my about:config. Thanks in advance.

In older versions of fire fox i was able to identify noisy tabs by looking at the tabs and finding the one with a speaker icon in the tab. Now with the latest version of firefox the speaker tab only reveals itself when i hover the cursor over the tab. Making it hidden and very hard to find , having to put my mouse over the tab and scrolling through all of the tabs to find the hidden tab making the sound. is there any ways to change the settings to revert this annoying change to firefox?

Passwords. 2 months ago I changed all my passwords. Ever since, although the new passwords always work initially, when I try to log in somewhere a few days or a week later, it often says password incorrect. So I then click forgot password and change it again to the same new password, and it accepts it just fine. Log in and out ok, and then it happens again several days or sometime even one day later. Not with all 60ish account, but with many of them, it seems at random. Do I need a firefox upgrade or reset or what???

Firefox just automatically updated to 91.0. Now, when I go to Firefox preferences, I can see all the usual options, but the little checks in the checkboxes are essentially invisible. I think the preferences are changing when I click on them, because the sub-options become black/active or greyed-out/inactive, but the checks themselves are invisible. So I cannot tell whether things are checked or unchecked! (See pics 1 and 2. Pic 1 is before clicking on the first checkbox, and Pic 2 is after clicking on it, and the sub-option is now active.)

If I open a different checkbox-page, like my Firefox profile settings, the checkboxes look like they are styled the same, but there they DO work. (See pic 3.)

(I was trying to mess around with the preferences because also, after this latest update, virtually all pages seem to be loading verrrrrry slowly, or often not loading at all. But it's sort of random, because then suddenly the same page will load very quickly. But... I cannot even begin to address this secondary problem because I can't see what the preferences are set to!)

Any help would be much appreciated!

While browsing some of the websites that I've known to check my bills, it shows a non-secure version while those websites are protected by proper SSL certificates. Is there any issue with my browser (version 70.0) or do I've to uninstall it and reinstall the latest version? Please Guide

Been a continuous user of FF since the beginning. Recently (most recent few weeks) FF has started issuing popup notices in the lower right hand portion of the browser screen. These only occur when FF is loaded and active. How can I tell which, if any, extensions might be responsible so I can resolve and stop these annoying messages? I've tried trying to determine how and why myself without success. Any suggestions - thank you.

I recently restarted my laptop, and I'm assuming Firefox updated as well, but the format of Firefox on many websites now looks wrong (see photos below). Things are darkly outlined that shouldn't be, and some words have a box around it, making it look broken down, and unfinished. Also, I can't click on some option boxes. I'm not quite sure what the issue stemmed from, but if y'all could please help. The functionality seems to be mostly fine on the websites.

Hi, all of a sudden the Firefox app doesn't work on my pc. An error shows up saying "Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window". Have tried uninstalling it, removing the Firefox folders, refreshing it and changing the profiles but nothing works. Any other suggestions?

i have the newest firefox version for windows 10. After opening some website, my firefox froze. After reopening firefox, sessionrestore worked fine, but at the same time, firefox opened another window telling me it upgraded to the newest version. Somehow it now seems to think my actual window with all my open taps is the second window that isn't meant to be sessionstored. When trying to close it, it warns me for closing tabs which it only does in 2nd and 3rd windows, not the main one, but this is my only window after closing the one telling me of the upgrade. Also, the restore previous session button disappeared, so i conclude firefox indeed thinks this is a 2nd window and not the main one and thus will discard all tabs when i close it. Any clues? Thank you very much!

My passwords are not being saved correctly and I'm running the latest version of Firefox. Twice this week I needed the correct pw to sign in to an email account and in both cases Firefox had the wrong password. Is there anything that can be done to improve the password saving of my Firefox account?

Is there a way to use point firefox to run the config file with the settings I had 2 days ago. Something went wocky with my PC and now when I start Firefox it uses the original default profile. Thanks.

I have Firefox installed on an XUbuntu 20.04.2 LTS machine. preferences to "restore previous session" on startup. Intermittently, when I launch the browser, one of my windows has a very strange appearance (please note the general look of the window in the attached screenshot and ignore the "page cannot be displayed" message, as the screenshot was taken when I was not connected to the Internet.)

I have already tried reseting Firefox and that does not make the problem go away permanently; it always comes back eventually. (Note: I cleared cache before, and cookies after, taking the screenshot but before opening this support request. So the "troubleshooting information" attached reflects how it is after cookies are cleared.)

Are we EVER going to be able to fill in forms and answer question in this browser without uninstalling our add-ons? Why did you have to screw this up? I use those add-ons for important stuff and if I'm forced to move to another browser that allows mew to do that, I will. That said, I really like Firefox and don't want to change browsers but if I can't even get into my bank, what good is it?

I can't even click on the damn box that lets me know when someone answers this thread. This sucks, guys!!

Once in a while, old bookmarks and add-ons come back. These have been deleted a long time ago, yet for some random reason, they come back. I shred everything I delete! Is there some cloud storage that I am unaware of? How can I make sure this quits happening?
