That's One. Your website is HORRIBLE. I had to google it up to send myself to this forum because it is not obvious when you click to submit. It sends you to a "Ideas" webpage. DA FUQ is that man? Just to actually let u guys know hey there's a problem here, i have to now learn how you're the best and we are stupid? No easy way to navigate and can't submit anything.

Google is king to actually find this.

I have 2 search tool bars one on top of the other at the top of every page. I only have google for a search engine. I would like to get rid of one of these bars. Any suggestion? I am not a programmer. They are confusing me. The top bar says "new...get...search" The second bar down has a back arrow, forward arrow, a circle, (marshall's) shield and a box with a circle on top (a man?). Thks for hlp. Ani Ana

I had not saved Private Bookmarks in my old Intel+Rosetta Stone 2 Before Accepting to Upgrade :-(

These bookmarks we about US Tax Filing by October 15th after which you know there are severe penalties for failing to do this, as the deadline is already extended

Please help me how I can restore those lost Private bookmarks. I would be super happy because it is of highest Urgency and Importance

I have it set to "open new tab" which it will do if it is already set in the original page - but if I have to open new tab NOT set in the original page, it will not load. Why does every update make FF worse and worse? Linda

My virus scanner tells me that thereis a tracker jullyamberry.net linked to firefox process. As soon as I go to a page it blocks jullyamberry,butI can't seem to get rid of it. Is it part of firefox?

I keep getting the following error when my homepage is loading and the page loading fails. I have attached an image of the error message.

The page loads fine in other browsers.

Just cannot figure what the problem is.

I was watching a couple PS5 game play videos on Youtube so I open a new tab because I was going to type " When will PS5 be cheaper " well I typed when will and the first suggestion that came down was " When will PS5 be cheaper "

Hi I've updated to version 93.0 on a Windows 8 laptop. I try to support a website for a camera club that I'm a member of. The problem I'm having is that when I go to the website http://cranburydigitalcameraclub.org/ and try to click on any of the dropdown menus, nothing happens. e.g. Hover over Calendar and they click on Main calendar. I've tried this with Chrome and it works there. Another member has spotted the same behavior.

I'll guess that it is java related. Did something change recently? I know java hasn't been supported but this has worked for several years now.

The title says it all. When I was running Win10, things were fine. I then did a clean install of Win11, and loaded Firefox. zero changing of settings. I do a simple test by going to an entry on Wikipedia, and I noticed all the uses of italic font were very small. This didn't happen a half hour earlier with Win10. Enclosed as an image is a sample screenshot.

Hi A newly opened Firefox page has unintelligible blocks for text and numbers. They are multicoloured.. Attached image I have tried in safe mode and same occurs. Looked at Fonts and tried various changes with no success. When firefox opens existing windows and tabs may not have the problem. A new tab such as this one will be ok. Move to new window and problem occurs. But not consistently ok or not. This has been occurring intermittently for some time. Any ideas please? Thanks for your help.

Since upgrading to Firefox 93.0 I am having problems with memory and low memory warnings. Playback is choppy and will freeze making the computer and Firefox unusable. I get " Firefox not responding" constantly. I like Firefox and want to continue to use it. Will you be issuing a fix? I hope that this problem will be resolved soon. Is there a way to restore a previous version of Firefox so that I may use the internet. Thank you, Steve

I'm no longer able to log in to the Fifth-Third Bank website using Firefox (Mac). It worked fine up until a week (maybe two) ago; now I get an error message. Safari still works OK.

First, I am 68 and I was not sure I was going to live long enough to ask a question. GODDAMN! What a mess to try and get support! Put in a pay system if you must but do SOMETHING! My browser is slow, and uses ram . My Webroot says it has a memory leak. I tried restarting it, clear cache, running in trouble shooting mode, which means I don't ave a complete browser, all to no avail. I am NOT a computer tech person. I turn something on, if it isn't right, I get someone to fix it. I have my own areas of proficiency, and they are not yours. You are the experts, so please advise. If I can provide additional information, please ask. Just try to write it so a 5th grader can understand it. ( Actually I know 5th graders who are a LOT more knowledgeable about this than I am).
