Occasionally, across all websites (as far as I can tell), the screenshot toolbar item is greyed out for me and I can't click on it. Meaning I can't take screenshots. I use windows and so snip and sketch is an alternative I can and do use but I prefer using Firefox's own screenshotting tool. What to do??

Now, I am having a very hard time believing this issue as I was just on this website yesterday (using Firefox), and I just got on with my Android phone using Firefox and it is fine on my phone but not on my computer.

Is this a censoring thing? It is a really big issue as it is impeding my ability to run my business, and this is where I order many of my supplies.

Help?

Every time the link after search of our compagny disapears. When i place the website the compagny shwos for a few weeks and then disapears again. On every other browser it shows always.

I have been trying to update this firefox now for months. I have been asking and asking but no-one bothers to come back to me!!! And please, I know how to update! It doesn't work. My "about" shows Firefox is updated, yet is keeps on asking me to update and won't let me use eg Netflix before I update. This is so frustrating but you guys are just not interested in helping. To tell me how to update is obvious - I know how to do it, but it won't work!!! Don't know whether I should just switch to another browser rather.

hi. i was debugging my Django_React project in inspect element mode of firefox and that was my first time doing that so i was confused and clicking on some buttons to get to know what to do and outta no where that page crashed. i did rerun my whole project and tried again to connect to it but doesnt work. i checked, the firefox is up to date. i ran firefox in troubleshoot mode and reran the project but still doesnt work and crashes. i think it is not about my hardware or firewall options.

I have Firefox installed on an XUbuntu 20.04.2 LTS machine. preferences to "restore previous session" on startup. Intermittently, when I launch the browser, one of my windows has a very strange appearance (please note the general look of the window in the attached screenshot and ignore the "page cannot be displayed" message, as the screenshot was taken when I was not connected to the Internet.)

I have already tried reseting Firefox and that does not make the problem go away permanently; it always comes back eventually. (Note: I cleared cache before, and cookies after, taking the screenshot but before opening this support request. So the "troubleshooting information" attached reflects how it is after cookies are cleared.)

Why is spell check not finding words that exist? It also can't guess the right word despite having all of the correct letters. Why is it working so poorly?

Apparently not a word. I am seeing red squiggles.

But the option I am given are Serializes, and Equalizes.

It's not seeing the word that does exist. Sexualize. It actually doesn't accept that either.

Sexual is the word I am given as a correct option.

I don't know what is wrong. But your spell check isn't doing spelling or grammar. I could forgive one. But it's failing on both tasks.

Like if I type a word incorrectly lets use "constitttuiton" That's wrong.

Yet, Constitutions is my first option, not Constitution. No extra s. A bunch of t's. But why does it assume I mean plural? Not just the regular word?

It's not understanding tense, or context. Idk. I simply know it's broken. Please fix it.

And yes I've done all the "troubleshooting" provided. Aka uninstall and reinstall the dictionary.

today i was not able to open moneycontrol.com, and i have been using this site for a very long time. however, i did open this site by using another browser. why did this happen and what do i do?

Is it possible to NOT have the ugly, simplified UI? I love it as it is now. There should be no need to dumb it down because the "focus groups" you polled are inept at using a computer. It's bad enough you're falling for this "simple design trend" when you changed the icon to that swirl thing and got rid of nearly all the useful components in the mobile app. "But it's modern!" you say? You know what they say about Modern Art: The only people who like it have no taste. What exists in 88.0 is just fine on my custom Win10 rig and Win10 touch-enabled laptop. There is no need to force such an insulting and degrading update upon your users.

so i cant see some of the functionalities on some websites, but everything is working ok with other broswers and pc-s, so what could be wrong in my current machine then...

i cant click on the pictures to see a larger version of them and the "Pakkumised" aka "Bets" tab does not display anything, although i should be able to see all of the auction bets in there.

plus some other user settings in the login page do not come up either...

Hi, I am quite frustrated. Firefox keeps on asking me to update but when going to About, it says my FF is up to date? As a result, Netflix won't run anymore. I have rebooted, reinstalled, re-done everything. Running Windows 10 and have a good internet connection. Have been trying for weeks now - just getting more and more frustrated. Should I rather go to Chrome?

I am frequently having problems trying to log in to online bank Simplii Financial. My internet connection is good, FF (88.0) is able to connect to other sites. Other browsers (Opera, Chrome etc ) could all connect and allow my login. With FF it simply continues loading with no result. i have asked the bank to check their FF certificates? and they say there is no problem - just use another browser! Firefox is my main browser, the only one that can save my login details. This problem is sporadic but has been going on for several months. It may be connected with FF updates but I am om the latest version for my Linux distribution I believe.

 At one time FF would never connect to PC Optimum whereas other browsers did, that problem was somehow solved.

I have used Firefox to sign into American Airlines website for years. Now when I try and sign in it says the site is unavailable but I am able to sign in on other devices and other servers. I called American Airlines and there is no problem on their end. Why is this happening all of a sudden and only for this one website. Is there anyway I could get around there so I can keep using Firefox to get on American

Currently installed 88.0.1 on Win7x64. Had to install Chrome because playing youtube playlists on Firefox became unbearable. On youtube.com and music.youtube.com many songs starts playing normally, then after few seconds, sometimes even over 10 seconds song restarts and start again. And this again is sometimes 3 times. It is not always the same songs. And it is not on every song on playlist. I would say it is random. Second problem is that after few songs has been played youtube choose next song and stops without any error. I need to push button play to continue. I tried to remove cookies, clean data and run in safe mode. Not sure when it started but i think at least 2 weeks has already passed. Don't observe this on Chrome so i will temporary switch to Chrome with youtube.

Last time I updated Firefox all menus and settings were lost. How can I avoid that? Yes, I know the answer is "that shouldn't happen" but it did and took my software engineer husband an hour to figure out how to get them back. Would like to skip that step. It's been more than a year since I updated but I'm now getting error messages saying my browser is out of date and website cannot be used without an update. Help!
