Firefox will NOT work for weather.com ! 3 other browsers work ok, clear cookies/cache etc. same issue

Hello, I reset my PC yesterday.
I didn't know my Firefox password anymore and clicked "Forgot password."
Then I created a new one.
Now my saved online pages and everything else are gone. So synchronization isn't working.
I have an account recovery key.
Will that work? And how?
Please help me.

Firefox updated to v144.0 and deleted ALL bookmarks in the process. ALL troubleshooting efforts described by Mozilla are not accurate and do not resolve the issue. Given the >25% ratings on those trouble shooting pages, I'm betting a LOT of others have the same problem.
Can anyone provide ACTUAL help in restoring my bookmarks?
