Hello Mozilla Team,

I have a small problem.

My home server was killed by a flood, so I lost my password manager (2FA & recovery code). The geo backup was unfortunately a bit older and does not contain the data for my Mozilla account. This has now locked me out of my account, but I still want to delete it. I have read the article (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-if-im-locked-out-two-step-authentication), but I still have the right to delete my account and have my data deleted.

I would like to know who to email to get this started, Stay healthy, thanks for the help.

My Firefox account is tied to an old email address which I had taken off my Gsuite list of emails. I have now reactivated that email. But I could not log in since my account was locked. I will change the email for the account once I am able to log back in.

The email I am currently using to log in is a valid email. It simply was turned off the first two times I tried to log in.

What can I do to get the lock removed to log in?

Hi, I'm the owner of account a.westcott@cineca.it that I've created using the mail address of my organization. Now I have resigned and changed organization so I no longer have access to the emails linked to the address a.westcott@cineca.it. I try to change the mail address but the process sent me an email confirmation that I can't conferm because I've no more access to that mail account. What I can do ? thanks bye

I recently and stupidly lost access to my 2FA app. I am not hopeful that I will regain access and would just like to delete my old Firefox account so that it isn't there to be abused.

Is there any way to do this?

So I had Firefox on this device previously and had all my passwords saved in it, but had some issues with my pc and had to factory reset it, and didn't have access to any of those accounts, so now I am locked out of my discord account and roblox account.

Hi, I've had a Firefox account taken over and removed as primary account holder. Can't seem to find anywhere to report this issue to Mozilla. Had to set up another account to ask this question. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Graeme

I'm trying to log out old and duplicate accounts from my firefox account list, I've managed to logout from all of those except 2 old account, if I press "sign out" button and enter the reason why I'm doing that it simply doesn't work, no errors no anything, it'll just stay there. any fix?

However, when I enter a secondary email, (AlexR@currently.com) a red popup message says: account already exists.

How can I eliminate msrigg@pacbell.net? How can I replace it with AlexR@currently.com?

When wanting to add an system to sync my settings, the send verification code received is delayed in transit and expired before i get it. That is due to greylisting on the emailserver.

received email properties : X-Greylist: delayed 1196 seconds by postgrey

Trying to add an 2nd email (corporate) email address to circumvent this problem... I have to use enter another verification code that expires in 5 minutes. and you guessed it, that is send to the first emailaddress.

I have made Firefox my default browser on my laptop. When reviewing my account I noticed that the original username (e-mail address) I created the account with no longer exists. Is it possible to replace my new e-mail address for the old one, and use it as the new User Name?

Hi, I would just like to ask, could someone add these new languages for addon/product localisation? They are:

• Welsh - cy - Cymraeg
• Hindi - hi
• Tamil - ta
• Icelandic - is - Íslenska
• Swahili - sw - Kiswahili
• Zulu - zu - isiZulu
• Xhosa - xh - isiXhosa
• Galician - gl - Galego

These languages all have over 500K speakers (all except Icelandic have over 1 million). Thanks!

I have a duplicate Firefox account that I would like to close.

I forgot the password for this account, and when I go to https://accounts.firefox.com/reset_password to reset it, I enter my email address for the account I'd like to log into and it fails every time with the message "Primary account email required for reset".

The API response includes the error message "Reset password with this email type is not currently supported".

My account email address ends in @hey.com. Is this domain not allowed for password resets?

Hi, I have a problem retrieving my Firefox account I entered my Gmail and password > But Mozilla gives the message Incorrect password, I repeated this several times but did not log in to my account . The password is correct and I log in to Gmail but it does not log in to my Mozilla Firefox account

I have stored some password with my account. Recently from past couple of days all passwords got cleared and not no passwords are shown. Could you please let me know what needs to be done.
