Hello,

I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the browser over five times.

I refreshed at least three times.

I did the run command prompt exercise.

I went through the all troubleshooting methods possible.

Can you call me at [removed phone# from support forum]

Please have someone connect with me maybe through Google, take over my computer, and locate the problem.

Google and Edge browsers work very well. I wonder whether the competitors want you to fail for users to go with another browser.

"Your browser is managed by your organization" suddenly appeared OS:Win11 Certificates: "ImportEnterpriseRoots" I've tried: Reinstalling Firefox Installing Firefox Developer Edition (it disapeared for few days but it was back) Deleting the registry key for it (after restart it appeared again)

 I have Avast and Malwarebytes but this has never happened to me before with this anti - virus

Why do I have TWO Firefox icons shown on my desktop screen? If I click on #1 it says: "Created Tuesday, February 20, 2018" If I click on #2 it says: "Created Tuesday, December 05, 2023" Do I need both? or can I delete one of them? Thanks.

I open a website (opentable.com) and it opens momentarily then the screen goes blank white. I can open the site using microsoft edge.

Something has changed as this previously was not a problem

I have used Firefox for many years and have one chosen color for all visited links. Since the latest automatic update to 125.0.1 a few days ago, the color for all visited links on the New York Times reverted back to the default color rather than my chosen one. My color was erased from all links. Now, in all sections, some of the clicked on links (articles) show my chosen color but many others do not change when I click on them. It has nothing to do with my settings as other sites show my color on all visited links. It seems to be an issue unique to the NYT's. I would appreciate any advice for you may wish to inform them? I used to be able to access my Wells Fargo account using Firefox (as recently as last Thursday Jan 11,2024). Now when I try to access the account, Wells Fargo no longer recognizes my sign-in information. The Wells Fargo internet customer service person I spoke to said I was the second customer within the last few days with a similar problem with Firefox. Both Chrome and Edge are not having similar problems. I have the latest version of Firefox, so possibly Wells Fargo changed something. I do not want to use Chrome or Edge because of the hundreds of trackers they allow. Does anybody have any ideas? How does Firefox check on the compatibility of Firefox with websites? Thank you. Not sure how to explain this without the images... But I opened up YouTube just looking for some videos and uhhhhhh. I checked on other things in my computer to see if it's just my GPU or some weird graphic thing, but everything that isn't firefox seems to be working OK. It's not that terrible, I'm just really confused.

Why is this happening? And can I fix it? Started like... two minutes ago.

I maintain a website that I update on a regular basis. For the past month, none of the updates have shown up in Firefox. I've refreshed the page, cleared the cache, logged out and logged back in. Nothing has helped. With other browsers, there's no problem -- Chrome, Opera and Safari all show the website updates as soon as I post them. I'm using Firefox 122.0.1 (64-bit) on MacOS Sonoma 14.2.1 (MacBook Pro 14-inch 2023). The website uses WordPress, hosted by DreamHost. I have two other WordPress websites, both hosted by WordPress, and Firefox is showing updates with no problem. I'm querying DreamHost on this as well, but I suspect they'll must say it's a Firefox problem.

well your latest update not only crashed my browser, but also crashed my computer, now it takes 1-2 minutes to load a page after your recent update. oh. it also changed all of my settings! Great job in setting the internet back 20 years, it makes dial up look lightening fast!

After updating to the new version of Pocket on my Windows 10 pc, I found that all my previous saves have disappeared- even after switching to Mozilla Firefox browser. How do I get them back? This is a disaster.

Is there a way to have the PC version of Firefox block ads and pop-ups as effectively as the Android version? If I visit the same site on Firefox Android and Firefox for Windows and Linux, the PC versions are popping up ads and new tabs but Android version doesn't.

Bangirot says technical problems when I want to see my received bankgiro payments. Win10 with Firefox, I can't see payments on that machine for a month soon. I have reinstalled firefox now. Still same result. With Android phone and firefox it works, but without printer. With another browser on Win10 it works, but not with firefox. Swedbank internetbank or bankgirocentralen can't help me. They have not heard of such problems.

Internetbank works, but with their connection to bankgirot it says, tehnical problems. If I login to bankgirot directly, it says tehnical problems.

So far its only the combination with this machine and firefox that gives this result. I haven't tried with another machine yet.

I have used firefox very long time without any problems.

Needing some help with 3 things if I may bug you.  More than likely ID10T (ha) errors on my part but I am stuck

Ok. Here goes.

1. ipleak,net is showing Firefox for Android is leaking WebRTC. Cant access about:config so how do I plug this leak?

2. I have heaps of collections saved on Firefox for Android. How do I go to/view collections in Firefox desktop?

3. Where do I find pocket in Firefox for Android? I've looked but don't see anything. I've also used the share option and didn't see anything

For a couple of weeks now, out of nowhere, links I click from emails sent to me open in new tabs but are blank pages. This includes download links, so I'm unable to see any links or download anything being emailed to me by a number of senders. Weirdly, some senders' links work. I didn't change anything and don't know what to do about this. Please advise if you have a solution, thanks!

This problem occurred recently and it's quite a pain in the ass. I'm using Macbook Pro 14 inches with M1 Max chip. Lately when I work, I have to open quite many urls at the same time, and my mac went crazy hot because of firefox's insane cpu usage. I tried what's suggested to turn off the acceleration mode, but still, nothing changes.

Is there still anything I can do to resolve it? or I just switch to other browser?

Earlier this week, our local IT expert informed us that while Firefox would still be available, it will have no further development. I am looking at updating my Windows systems to Win11 and would like to know if this is true?
