My up-to-date Firefox running in Windows 10 stopped loading Washington Post 2 days ago. Cleared cookies & cache w/o luck. The page partially loads but doesn't show photos and only loads first few articles. NYT and other similar sites run fine. Suggestions?

Whenever I start Firefox it loads up on the upper left corner in a minimized version and I have to double click the maximizing button to get everything right. I tried the tip of deleting the .js file in the Profile folder of the browser. I did that 5 times and the problem still occurs. Everything is up to date. What's wrong?

I use Firefox to access Audible. Audible can be accessed through Amazon.ca.

1. I can no longer reach Audible using Amazon.ca.

2. ALSO, I can no longer access Audible from the internet (using Firefox).

In both cases it says "GAH ... your tab just crashed. "restore this tab" is available to click on, however, in both these instances, it does not work Thank you for any help you may be able to impart.

My Dell Laptop INSPIRON 3793 running the Firefox/Mozilla Browser when I stream in Youtube or LiveNews periodically goes into the images in the photos I uploaded here. I am compelled to do a hard restart. I have been working with Dell Technical Services and they indicate they have no history of this issue. I am running Windows 10. My system has all technical updates including current drivers . I really do NOT want to move off FireFox but I getting pressure to run another Browser and wait and see if the problem surfaces. Is there any history of this issue with this Firefox. Any help or insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cate Brown

Firefox browser crashes whenever uploading or downloading is tried. It seems website independent, and even a trial to start download from an email crashes the browser. Report IDs for some of the submitted crash reports:

I use Mozilla as my browser on Windows 7. When I click on Mozilla I get an Error page which reads, " Server Error in "/" Application. Runtime Error. Not sure how to fix this. Can you help. Thank-you

When I clicked troubleshooting mode FF unexpectedly closed my Private browsing session and all the tabs. How do I reopen them?

I did not expect FF to close on me like that. I thought that as I was in a private browsing session FF would have warned me that it was about to close had it been necessary.

I'm guessing that my open tabs have been lost permanently because you didn't warn me and that all that time I spent is now wasted.

Life is really simple except that other people make it problematic.

I've tried to login to Falcon using my usual Firefox browser and it's struggling to load and just whirling around.

It was working fine before Christmas, so has been an update from Mozilla that's causing an issue and do you have any recommended fixes.

Firefox app on Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra keeps flickering, this occurs 2 out of 5 times when app opened, tried to reinstall app, delete cache, force stop app..but it keeps happening, this seemed to occur after last app update, once the app is force closed and reopened then it responsds normally but once closed and reopened the error is back.

Now what I have noted is that this is causing the pages to load slow. Only ublock extension is installed, tried all dns settings but the result is the same. Is anyone facing the same?

Hello, I have a problem with Firefox on (only) the vive.com site. It shows a fast (same as Chrome/Opera) loading, but only on firefox it stays @ 99% a very long time, whereas on other browsers, in the instant, you can see the content of the page. You can test for example on that page: https://developer.vive.com/resources/vive-sense/

I work in a society where I need to have a brower with proxy support & security (firefox is the best to me) but that can work without waiting minutes to access a page, whereas it has been downloaded fast.

Opera is fast on vive.com, but that shit doesn't have proxy support, so I need configure firewall, put a gateway, and I really hate, it's a pure security fail (never put a gateway on windows, microsoft takes the control of your windows and scan your datas). We don't wish that in our society.

So I'm there to report you that, I think there is a problem and I really don't understand what can do firefox to make the user wait so much time, and it's not related to the processor, it's the same on my crappy laptop or on a brand new powerful 3D station. With opera, it's really in a second, and with firefox, it's a minute. Really weird.

Firefox keep crashing when I use certain websites (realtor.com is one that comes to mind). I use a Macbook pro. I've updated my operating system, updated Firefox, and tried to use Firefox in troubleshooting mode. Everything is up to date, and the crashes still happen in troubleshooting mode. I have been using Firefox for years, happily. Lately, however, I seem unable to get the Dashlane extension to work for more than a few days before it grays out and will not function. I use Dashlane for everything, so I cannot continue to use a browser that forces me to uninstall and reinstall the extension all the time. I have reported this issue more than once. The extension works fine on Chrome. I don't want to switch to Chrome full-time, but if I can't get this figured out, I'll have to.

Ever since the automatic update of the new Firefox 120.0.1 none of my pages or websites will open. No matter where I go I get the error message: Error code: SEC_ERROR_KEYGEN_FAIL before the update I was able to open my bookmarks and other websites with no issues. It is now totally unusable. Please help I like Firefox over Chrome and Edge.

Hello, my mac ran out of battery. When I restared it, the firefox page restarted, but I can't see it. When I click on it in the app scrolling menu, nothing turns up. It's like it is there, but as a ghost, invisible. When I close down firefox, and restart, it's still exactly the same. I had hundreds of tabs open there, and I don't want to loose that session. When I open a new window, it works, but I can't make the prevous one appear. What is going on, what to do? I'm quite desperate about it, already spent hours looking for solutions.
