This morning the add-on 'Search By Image' has ceased working. I use it daily, it worked yesterday, and so far as I know there have been no updates to FF or SBI or Windows.

To test I tried removing SBI and re-adding it, and disabling Malwarebytes.

I disabled SBI and installed "Image Search Options". ISO works, though I prefer SBI.

Win11, FF is now 119.0, but it auto-updated when I went to check so I do not know what it was when the problem began this morning. I have not restarted, I have too many tabs open at the moment.

This is also happening to a different PC that is Win10/FF, but never had Malwarebytes installed. SBI still does not work after restarting FF v119.0 in Win10.

Any ideas on how to diagnose this?

Was getting some crash reports....now have a black bar on top of new tabs...it finally scrolls when you are halfway down the page. any help would be appreciated.

Edge, Oprea, and Chrome all work fine.

In the last 2 weeks (that I know of), Mercari will not appear when I go to it. I just get a blank page. I've restarted the computer, I've turned off the Ublock and Ghostery but nothing. Everything else works fine. I am not very computer adept, by the way. I sell things on Mercari, so I kind of need to access it. I'm not even sure I picked the right topic (website breakages)....sorry if I got it wrong.

Can anyone help me figure out how I can get fire fox to work again..I installed acrobat last night and it did crazy things to my computer, and fire fox will not work anymore

For the past couple of months I have been experiences tab crashes every day when watching a specific streaming service called wowtv, all my other tabs are fine and work flawlessly. Additionally, after restoring the tab or opening it anew it works again for the next few hours until the next crash occurs. Netflix, disney+ and others work fine as well. So far I have tried reinstalling firefox as well as try other browsers where said issue doesn't occur. I sadly don't have the error message or anything but the video freezes just before crashing, neither closing all tabs 'nor trying an older firefox version fixed it for me.

I would rather not change browsers just to use USPS.com. Can you direct me to correct settings so that I can use Firefox?

I downloaded and installed Atkinson Hyperlegible and set Firefox to use it as my default font for all websites (see screenshot). This used to work, but now fonts on sites are shown in a default serif or sans-serif font, not the font I set. It stopped working maybe a month ago (October 2023).

What can I try to fix this?

I've notice FF in the past month has stooped maintaining scroll position upon refreshing. It was working perfectly until recently. maintain scroll position upon refreshing is a key feature to my work. Please help!

Every time I close my Firefox browser, the same tabs are restored after reopening the browser. I don't want that to happen. How can I get them to close completely? I'd still like the option to restore the tabs but not every time.

anytime I type www into the URL window firefox autopopulates youtube.com even though I have turned off auto suggestion. It shows up before the bookmarked links !

it always automatically checks the "Search suggestions ahead of address bar results" and will not let me uncheck it.

I just dont want it to suggest anything and am okay typing the complete URL. How can I fix this issue? I am including snapshot of what the autosuggestion, settings and version info in the attached doc

I've been trying to export my bookmarks to an external hard drive so that if something should happen to my computer I have a file of them. I'm using Windows 11.

When I export the bookmarks as an HTML file, it saves OLD bookmarks from a few years ago, not the current ones. I know this because when I go to my external hard drive and click on the file and open it up it shows the old bookmarks.

I have no idea why this is happening. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Please return the scroll bar to the proper width like in Win 10, like Chrome in Win 11. Who's the idiot that thinks tiny thin scroll bars are cool and easy to use? tf is wrong with you idiots. Don't offer me solutions. You are the solution. Update firefox, fix the damn scroll bar.

while trying to stream a Live-Stream i unfortunately get the following error, while the stream is loading: "Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists."

Is anybody else encountering this issue?

Hi there, I have configured Firefox to remove cookies after closing it. At the same time, I have added some webs that I usually use as exceptions, allowing to remember cookies in those. However, I have the following question: if I reject all cookies except for the mandatories ones in a website that I added to my "remember list", does that mean that future entrances in that web will be with only essential cookies?

As an example, if I mark https://www.bbc.com/ as cookies, and the first time I enter I reject all non-essential cookies, next times I enter in the bbc will I be navigating with only the cookies I accepted on this first entrance? Or allowing a site automatically accepts all cookies?

I have a subscription to Global Cycling Network, to which I login using my Google account at https://plus.globalcyclingnetwork.com/login. The login web page has options to login using Google, Facebook, or Apple, but in a normal Firefox window, the buttons for using these logins never appear - I just get a whirling circle where the buttons should appear, and the page never completes loading. If I open the GCN login web page in a private FF window, the buttons appear and I can login without any problem. If I use Firefox Settings to clear all cookies and cached web data, then close and restart Firefox, I still can't login from a normal FF window.

I tried the Edge browser (OS is Windows 11) and login there works without problem

Any suggestions on a fix to get it working on Firefox? FF is presently version 119.0.1.

Hello, I need help. I downloaded and installed Firefox (latest version), the icon appears in the taskbar, but when I click on it, FireFox does not launch and I always get the same error message. I uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the PC, but I still have the same problem, even starting from firefox.exe in Windows (C:) >Programs>Mozilla Firefox. Could it be possible that Microsoft is blocking the launch of Mozilla Firefox? Thank you in advance for your help. Attached is a screenshot of the error message.
