Dear Firefox Support Team,

I recently encountered a problem while using the ChatGPT platform (https://chat.openai.com) in Firefox. The issue was that I was unable to type anything into the input box ("Ask anything" field). The box would not respond to clicks or keystrokes, effectively preventing any interaction.

After switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome), the problem disappeared, so it appears to be specific to Firefox.

Kindly look into this compatibility issue. I’m using the latest version of Firefox on [insert your operating system, e.g., Windows 10].

I have been using ChatGPT for a few months with no problems on Firefox but today I am not able to enter any text in the text field where you communicate with Chat. However, I can turn on the microphone and then after speaking a command I can hit enter and it works. I can also switch to Chrome and it all works fine. I tried clearing my data and cash, rebooting computer but still isn't working. what's going on?

When I access eBay using Firefox I cannot access the choices on screen so unless there are no choices I cannot buy anything. I have tried Google Chrome which workd but I prefer to use Firefox and I would like someone to investgate this problem which has arisen with the last two Windows 11 uodates.

For the past several days, I can no longer access my two hotmail.com email pages. I keep getting the message to "check back later." I tried using Edge, and it worked there. Then I tried using DuckDuckGo and Brave, and hotmail worked on both. So, this problem only exists when using FireFox which is the site I use by default.

I am working on a shopify POD store. I have printify up and running. They have a placeit extension that you can access the entire library of placeit mockups within your printify product. For some reason it does not seem to work within Firefox. I can get it to work within chrome, but not firefox. Feel free to contact me and help me figure it out. The pop up allows me to enter credentials, but not connect and download to printify.

I'm running Windows 11 64 bit 16 gigabytes of RAM Intel i7 12th Gen CPU With UHD display It's a Dell Inspiron 16 seven six two zero two in one laptop

The issue that I'm having is Facebook calling is grayed out on the icons for Facebook. I have gone as far as refreshing Firefox and the two other factory restore options But neither of the three helped. I am using Microsoft Edge as a backup for Facebook video calling but I prefer Firefox for everything.

I have not found a workaround yet If you guys know of one please let me know I have contacted Facebook but they have not responded back to my my contact. The good thing is I have a work around But I would prefer my default browser get fixed ASAP.

For some reason, when searching for information via google, their AI, which should give an extract on the search query, gives the error “Overview from AI is not available for this request”. And this error appears only in firefox browser. please help.

I have had this problem on several websites, but most recently Xfinity.com. Pages in their rewards page have buttons to accept a reward. These buttons don't show up in Firefox, but if I use Chrome they appear and work properly.

WHy does Firefox bypass turning a radio button to "black when clicked. Check boxes work! cut/pasting the url into EDGO works! NOTE TOO bad Mozilla does NOT have the feature to roll back to a PREVIOUS version! Stan Mlynarski

Hi Guys, I have used Firefox browser to open and use Yahoo Finance for many years without any problems. On Wednesday 16th July 2025, suddenly, I could not download any stock charts. At first I thought it was a glitch with yahoo itself. However after a lot of searching and frustrating trial and error I seem to have pinpointed the problem to my Firefox browser. These charts will open as normal in Chrome. I have refreshed, uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox without success. Any ideas please?

I received a new computer, I installed Firefox on it and tried to install gmail in the Firefox. There was a bunch of things it wanted me to do and when I had completed them all I get is a screen that says it is Gmail and has a primary tab a social tab and a promotional tab on it bu no mail. what I have I not done. I would like the gmail the same way I have it in edge and google.

If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

but i try by chrome or microsoft edge can open the website normally. Please help me. how to fix this error.
