How do I remove the Tab Overview button? It's unnecessary and it clutters my bar. I don't mind when Firefox adds "features" but let me disable them... because I don't want any of them.

i just want it GONE it's awful i hate it it's terrible it's useless how do i get it off

It's the thing on the end of my list of tabs. It has NO OPTION to remove it and serves no purpose. I hate change, I like my browser just the way it is, I will never use this. How the hell do I get RID OF IT.

I'm using an online phone system which comes as a mini-window (see picture). Is there a way that I can make this 1 mini-window with the phone in it stay always on top of my other firefox window?

So I just saw the List All Tabs button has come back, and I looked up to remove this, but doing the whole thing of setting the browser.tabs.tabmanager.enabled = false in About:config, did not work. I just updated to version 131.0 of Firefox. Any idea why this thing is refusing to leave?

Uh - there's no topic for bugs... need one of those.

Seems that somewhere along the line Sidebar setting no longer persistent. The problem is that after I use the sidebar to view history, dismiss it when finished and then close FF the setting that the sidebar should show history when it is opened is not retained by FF. So the next time FF is opened, the sidebar is not showing. When the sidebar is opened, it shows bookmarks rather than history.

This needs fixed. And while you at it make a configuration key for it in the about:config page. Seems simple enough. Ya know back when I started with all this PC crap in the 1980's things worked. Now, not so much. To much man-bun, java jockey pitiful python pirate for me.

Sad to see how convoluted this all got. All because no one can write good, low level code. Really sad.

how do i permanently disable the tab preview on hover? after every update i have to go back in and reset it to 'false'... it's totally annoying and a hindrance to productivity due to the distraction... any help with this would be most welcome, thanks in advance -

How do I move the bookmarks toolbar to the TOP of the window (ie above the tabs row) please? I cannot find any info on this.

For the last week every time i open firefox developer edition or a new instance of it the plus button for creating a new tab is moved to the far left of the tabs bar when it normally should be to the right of the latest tab, in the customize menu when i move it it gets moved to the right of the list tabs button when normally it should be to the left of the list tabs button, the plus still appears next to the right of the farthest tab when out of customize mode but when i open a new instance of firefox developer edition it does that again.

My LN only has 8 letters, but my street address is long, and I have old addresses w 5+4 zip codes that differ by the last 4. The 'Saved address' popup only shows most of the address, and it's not resizable. (See image )

I have to open each address to see it. Suggestion_--- Make the box wider, auto adjust, or (best) restore the sizing bars.

I'm looking around for a way to get rid of it, there is a convoluted way on reddit to supposedly get rid of it, [REDACTED] THAT... YOU REMOVE IT! No one asked for it , no one wants it.... I can narrative my tabs WITH THE [REDACTED] TABS!!!!!!!!!

Are you hiring there? You need to hire someone like me, ONE person with some common [REDACTED] sense. Better yet FIRE all these people sitting around with NOTHING to do but add features NO ONE asked for

Suddenly this morning, a new toolbar appeared on my copy of Firefox (131.0) showing one item, Getting Started, which I have no use for. I managed to delete it and it was replaced with something telling me to place my bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar, which I also don't want. How do I get rid of it as it's nothing else for me but a waste of screen real estate?
