I have been using Windows 10, and Firefox for emails. Yesterday Firefox updated to its latest version. When I went to open Firefox today I can get and send emails, but all my folders and subfolders where I save important emails, are gone, nowhere to be seen.

Does anyone know where they might have gone and how to retrieve them? Thanks for your help! I am a "not computer savy" senior..

I have a machine that went tits-up. I have a new machine and would like to transfer my FireFox book marks, passwords, logins, etc. from DOA to new. I have the original HD set as an external drive on new. What files do I need to migrate?

Where do I go to suggest new features? This seems to not be the right place, but it doe seem to be the correct place to ask where the correct place is.

Please Note: I Write and modify Plugins alot. This is not about plugins/extentions or dealing things plugins can do. This is about FireFox it self.

My wife keeps getting a popup message, "Can't update Firefox to the latest version. Download a fresh copy and we'll help you install it." But she has the latest version, she has automatic updates, and when she downloads and installs it manually, it's the same version as before, and she keeps getting the popup message.

She has MacBook Pro, 13" using the Mojave OS Version 10.14.6, Firefox version 77.0.1 (64-bit).

the little green arrow is enough to remind me that I can update. I don't need you stopping my productivity every so often to display a window asking me to update now.

I need to be able to save downloads to different selected locations. For example: to the Desktop or to a file called "Invoices". I have selected the option within "General" that requires that I be asked where to save, but neither "Invoices" nor Desktop appear as an option when the list appears. I have created a file called "Invoices", but do not know why it is not appearing as a choice. Desktop is also not a choice.

Hi everyone, I recently installed Firefox in a new Mac, I've been using Firefox in my old MacBook Pro without a problem, but in the new one, it keeps showing the installation "disk" and when I try to eject it it says it's busy... do you know what I should do to install it definitively? Every time I download something whether its a program or file, Firefox would completely freeze for a few seconds and then go back to normal and resume the download. I find it very irritating, especially when I am trying to do something else on a different tab whether its working on school work or just watching a video. Is there a fix for this or will this be fixed in an upcoming update?

I have been trying to login in my hotmail.com and only can do it with chrome. when I enter any shopping page the links don't work. I really like firefox but I'm tired of trying. I am trying to update the browse, it doesn't work ! It seems to me that the mozilla browse i being blocked. thank you for being so good !

I had to reinstall my Firefox web browser because of the XPCom error I kept receiving. For one of my jobs that I work remotely, I had my information saved on my old Firefox web browser. Now that I had to reinstall the web browser, my information is lost and I do not know how to retrieve. My question is, once a password is saved, you guys on the backend have the ability to retrieve it? Please let me know as this would be greatly helpful for my job.

I downloaded the new improved Firefox and all my pictures posted this year are gone. I asked Mozilla for help and of course like I thought an effing robot must have answered me. This is because Mozilla washed their hands of the problem and the robot (obviously uneducated) gave me a song and dance about how this is MY fault and Mozilla is completely blameless. Mozilla is using the old operator error routine we hear so often when a company can’t be bothered to help a customer. Now I am faced with $50 an hour to have a TRUSTED computer repair person to sort this out. Don’t ever ask Mozilla for help, their uneducated robot will just say it’s your problem. Perhaps I should have just stayed with Google Chrome, at least they tried to give an intelligent answer and not give up on their customer and blame the customer for the problem. I think this is on page 35 of the Mozilla customer service manual. When you don’t know the answer just blame the user and move on to a simpler question. An uneducated answer is better than no answer at all. Let the user pay someone to fix the problem caused by Mozilla. Good luck if you ask them anything, best not to waste your time and go to someone private or a grade 9 student that knows more about Mozilla and computers than Mozilla itself does.
