Recently i added some bookmarks in a dedicated folder. Afterwards i don't see the bookmark in that folder. Hoever if i click on "Search bookmarks" and enter its name the bookmark is listed. If i then rightclick on it and select "Show in folder", the bookmark is shown in the correct folder. What is wrong ? Thanks

When I try to download a statement from my bank I just get a blank page pop up. This used to work with Firefox and it works OK with Chrome. What has changed ...or is there a Firefox setting that is wrong?

Please help me to open Thunderbird. All of my critical communication is there. Ecentral.com is my email. Thunderbird has not responded since a Windows update on 01/20/26. Should I uninstall that update?

This morning this was at the top of my screen when I logged into my computer. "For quick access, place your bookmarks here on the bookmarks toolbar. Manage bookmarks..."

I did click on it however nothing happened or so I thought. I later go to the upper right hamburger and click on it and go to the bookmark tab only to find all my bookmarks are gone.

Can anyone tell me how to get them back since that is my quick access to my business sites? Is there a way to find them or are they just gone?

I cannot get the tab to stay out so I can take a screen shot. Sorry.

Hi. I need to know how to make sure I can get to safe/legit (I have an account and a password that I set up myself) sites without getting blocked by Firefox all the time. Any recommendations? Thank you.

Can one change the colour of one firefox window to distinguish it from another firefox window? That would allow two people working on the same computer to use individual firefox windows and be able to quickly tell whether they are in the right window.

I want to make list of sites where i can off pop-up search bar. On some sites you can use custom hot keys (like youtube), but hot keys won`t work because your keys registering to pop-up search bar instead site, so it will be good idea to make exclusion list, like in addon "Dark Reader".

Onshape starts ok and displays all page toolbars and the graphics correctly for around 3 to 7 seconds then it all goes blank for several seconds and then only the toolbars etc return. The graphics for the model disappears along with the camera view which shows where the model is in x y and z and also the camera does not move with the right mouse button pressed. See pics below:

It also happens in all web pages but the data comes back, Onshape is the only cloud based App I am currently trying to use. I did install a Xerox print service recently and that needed a .NET update (3.5), after that these problems started. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox from the Mozilla site which cured the problem at the time but it has since returned.

I am running a desktop with Win 11 pro with all the updates. I have Firefox as my web browser and Thunderbird for my email accounts, Talktalk, Aol and gmail. When I try to open a web page with a mailto link, although Firefox is set as default it will not open the link, oddly it will work with gmail. I do not have this problem with my other desktop running Win 7. How do I get it to work on Win 11. Please note I am a 80 year old and totally illiterate computerwise. Therefore I need the answer to be step by step and when you say open this or that please tell me how to open it. Geoff

I did a clean install of Windows and downloaded Firefox, but after signing in and pressing sync none of my old bookmarks or anything is showing up. Is it gone now? I did not have Firefox on any other device.

I was super pumped about profiles but it seems it has gone terribly wrong for me.

I created a two profiles on one computer and would like to reuse them on another. Apparently this is impossible, which is really too bad, please change that! Why would I want to redo everything on every computer that I work with? And it deleted bookmarks on other computers synched to my account, why?

And I deleted every profile on one of my computers, in the hopes to "start fresh" since I had lost all my work, and now Firefox refuses to open. It indicates "Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible".

So now I need to re-install the whole app. Just... Why?

I use Firefox (the current version) on a Dell Windows 11 Pro laptop. I have around 8800 bookmarks, and I've lost around half the tags on my bookmarks. (The bookmarks themselves are OK; I'm losing about half of the tabs.,) This has happened to me twice recently, and I'm restoring the bookmarks as I write these words.(after I'm finished, I'll save two copies of the HTML file for backups. Can anybody tell me why this is happpening, aaand How I can prevent it in the future?
