The power went out while I was working and when I turned the computer back on, my Firefox account was logged out and I don't know how to get it back , Every time I try to restore the account it gives me the default account. And thanks a lot

depuis le début de la semaine lorsque j'ouvre firefox mes marques pages de ma barre personnelle sont disparu et ne sont pas non plus dans l'historique de récupération. il faut que je "répare firefox" pour qu'ils reviennent. mais le problème revient. parfois plusieurs fois par jour. Je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème auparavant. J'ai un message de firefox qui m'indique que firefox est ouvert ailleurs. mais je ne sai pas où. merci de bien vouloir m'indiquer ce que je dois faire

Due to an internet outage, I got forcibly signed out of my Firefox account. I signed back in, but all my login info and passwords are just gone. I still have my browser history, and I'm even still logged in to some of my accounts, so I know some of my cookies and cache are intact.

Attempted to update FF using the 140.2.0esr.msi file. During install it asked for a location of bookmarks (seemed off, like a new install) so the process was stopped. All… (閱讀更多)
Attempted to update FF using the 140.2.0esr.msi file. During install it asked for a location of bookmarks (seemed off, like a new install) so the process was stopped. All FF profile files appeared to have been untouched based on their dates. So the following directories: \AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\oeg1ubpo.default-esr \AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\oeg1ubpo.default-esr where both copied to a secondary directory as a safety precaution. Install was restarted and it appears to have again installed a new version with no bookmarks, extensions or password DB carried forward from the previous install, which is not what I wanted.
Can this be corrected, by moving the copied profile back in.
