I am seeking assistance with recovering my Firefox data after resetting my laptop.

Before performing the reset, I verified that I was signed into my Firefox account and believed that Firefox Sync was enabled. After reinstalling Firefox and signing back into the same account, my previous data does not appear to be available.

bold text So I get the latest update to Firefox this morning, open a new tab, and all the tiles I had arraigned the way I wanted them no longer in that order, some are missing, some are duplicated 2-3 times. Why can't you guys quit with the window dressing BS and just make the browser stable. Why do we need to hunt for functions that were the same for many years that you decided needed to be changed? I remember when 'Settings' was on the new tab window instead of on the drop down menu in the tool bar.

My new tab tiles are a mess and I don't think I'll ever forgive you for that!

Select Privacy & Security in the left panel.

Under Permissions, find Device apps and services, and select Settings.

In the settings window, use the dropdown menu next to the https://www.adobe.com to change permissions, and then select Save Changes.

Find Local network access under Permissions, and select Settings.

I have ran into a peculiar problem where special characters from non US keyboard do not work in search. In my case it is ％ for TABS specifically (instead of english %). I wanted to correct the problem by changing 'Keyword' field in 'Search Engine' but it is read-only for browser functions. Is there a workaround or a solution I'm missing? Thanks for your help

I had a power outage occur recently and when i booted my computer again I found that somehow my Firefox account was disconnected. All of my bookmarks and history gone, but things like accounts and site preferences were kept. The problem is that firefox is not saving my history and bookmarks cannot be made. I have checked common causes for this problems, like not activating sync and turning off "remember history", settings which were set up correctly.

Please allow users to select a timeframe as well. People may have to restart a computer while in private mode, and a set number of tabs/windows cannot cover all possible situations.
