When I am watching a TV stream on my PC; when I hover on (some) pictures or videos, a supremely annoying pop-up url appears at the bottom of my screen. I have some learning problems and can not figure out the 'userChrome.css' method. I can not work with long streams of multiple overlapping instruction. I am not tech savvy. I do not understand 'layers' and stuff like that. I can do the 'about:config' thing, if anyone knows whether or not if I can fix it from there, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks.

I attempted to install a router but Mozilla sent a caution message that the brand (Net Gear) was insecure. Which brands are secure routers?>I have a Mac Book Air purchased a few months ago and have never had internet at home. This is first attempt. Thanks.

Dear Sir I went to an organization on 21/03/2022 for assistant on an issue, in processing the matter I need to open my yahoo mail box for the relate documents within my mail. A lady who assistant me use her lap top computer to open my mail box - I enter my pass word, then a window camp up to asked if I want to save my pass word (with dark color) or not,(with gray color) I was in a stage of rush I just click on right top Conner 'x' she took her computer to other room ( in where I can not see ) I was too naive and don't know if all of my mails had been read by them? - It is my privacy. When I got home I was worried and at next day I changed my yahoo mail pass word. As my pass words are saved within Firefox when I want to open a site it is auto fill the pass word. 1: Is my pass word will saved in that lady's computer? 2: Although I have changed my yahoo mail pass word is it safe? Can that lady able to get to Firefox to see my saved pass word and open my email box? - explore all my emails? Please help I am really worried. I look forward to hearing form you soon. Thank you. Running 98.02, Windows 10. Firefox keeps opening without all my tabs and other personalized information. Just a single tab or maybe 2 that have nothing to do with me. If I go to about:profiles, one of the profiles listed will (so far) have my lost information. When I recovered the first time, I quickly created a profile if the current, good configuration. However, now when the problem recurs and I go back to that profile I created, Firefox is once again a single tab of a URL I've never seen. I'm afraid I will lose everything!

BTW the first symptom was that when I clicked on a link in email (Outlook 2021), the link opened in a new Firefox window, not a new tab of the current window. This, despite telling Firefox not to do that in Settings and checking about:configuration to make sure it would not occur.

I just installed Add-on "Search by Image" with "Tin Eye". When I try to launch the program I get the Error Message, "Content scripts are not allowed on this page."

How do I correct this so that it works as advertised?

I've used gmail (with multiple email accounts) on Firefox for many, many years. I switch back and forth between my email accounts daily.

In the past few weeks, though, when I try to switch from my primary account to the others, it just defaults back to the primary. I've purged the cache, I've signed out and signed in. This does not happen on Chrome, just Firefox, which is why I've brought it here.

If I change the URL of the mailbox

to

https://mail.google.com/mail/u/1/#inbox

It will take me to another mailbox. I can then change that number to get to the others. But it shouldn't be that way. So ... what is going on? How do I fix it?

My Grandson loaded some type of coupon app and every time I log into some type of store etc. I get this coupon discount, he said it was on Mozilla Firefox. I want to delete it but I can't find it, can you help?

It has recently come to my attention that Mozilla may not continue to support Firefox browsers installed on Windows 7 computers after Jan. 2023, when the extended support for Windows 7 ends. Is that correct?

Will Firefox continue to work, but not receive security updates after that date?

i'm using FF (version 98 at the moment) to print local files. It is key to me to edit header and footer for each print! the only solution i found so far to edit them at all, is to go to about:config and for example search for print.print_headerleft. Besides that is not usable at all, it simply doesn't work! The header and footer remain the same. Please tell me how can i change header and footer?

If you delete the, in my opinion much better "page setup", why don't you include all it's funktions in the new print dialog?

another problem is the size of the new print preview! it's much to small! make it resizeable please.

Or just give us back the "page setup". That would be a big advantage over chrome and edge, which suffer the same printing problems.

I read that with version 100 on the Mac there will be some problems with some web pages like my bank can you tell me if this has been fixed or not, if not I don't want to go past version 99. Thanks for all help Michael Whitecotton

Amazon.com works on Firefox on my second desktop computer and on my iPhone. It does not work properly on my primary desktop, this one It does work on my desktop using Edge. Everything in Amazon.com works on this desktop except I cannot view my previous orders, the link in the upper right corner ""returns and orders." It begins to load but the orders do not load. I cannot see any of them.

I uninstalled Firefox, ran Ccleaner to clean the registry, then it's Health feature, I probably should have restarted after doing that.

I installed a new download of Firefox twice; it fails.

I have just seen a clip on Youtube that concerns me. Is Firefox being phased out as a browser? I hope not. I have been using it for years and it is great. Please let me know. Many thanks Anthony

whenever I search something that (is / sounds like) a product amazon links or other online shopping links show up as the number 1 results after a short delay. I have been redirected to amazon many times when I tried to click the #1 result but the amazon link pops up where the #1 result was.I have uplaoded 2 images the one where steam is the #1 result is what i want it to be, the second Image is what happens after a short delay.

New computer, running Windows 11, McAfee LiveSafe came with for 30 day trial. I use Firefox, have since 1997. Just added Mozilla VPN. Old computer ran Xubuntu. Windows 11 needs antivirus because it's Windows. So. How compatible are McAfee LiveSafe and Firefox with Mozilla VPN? What suggestion, if any, does Mozilla have for an antivirus program that will work well for Windows 11 but not mess with Firefox and Mozilla VPN? Thank you.

I have tried the scaling options and it makes no difference. For PDF files, I save them. For webpages, I need to workaround and use Edge or Print Screen and past into a Word document.

I am newly running Windows 10 and reinstalled my printer drivers for HP 4520.

When I open https://www.washingtonpost.com/ it loads but after a few seconds it goes blank. This started a few days ago and only happens on firefox.

There is a specific challenge that i am facing with Firefox and some of the solutions that i have tried is not helping me to resolve the issue.

What's the issue: There are double spaces issue in Firefox

Where is it : 1) Menu 1.1) It's in the Menu New Tab is seen to me as New Tab (more spaces are for demonstration only) 1.2) All the Menu items which have space are show with more then one space including

  1.2.1) File Menu -> New   Window (and all the drop down menus with spaces)
  1.2.2) Edit Menu -> Select     All (and all the drop down menus with spaces)
  1.2.3) View-> Page     Style (and all the drop down menus with spaces)
   1.2.4) All the rest of the menus where ever there is a space there is a double space

2) URL : I type something in the URL and they are double spaced "this is test" will look like "this is test"
