Is there currently a keyboard shortcut to switch the focus to the Bookmarks Toolbar?

If not, are there any plans to add one?

If not, I would like to request that functionality.

I am not too good with the computer and have just starting using Firefox. I will do my best to describe my question so please bar with me. I have 2 rows of websites that I frequent...actually only using the first row and 5 spaces in the second row. When I go to a different website Firefox is automatically adding that website to one of the boxes in the second row which I do not want. How do I stop this? Question 2...using Ebay as an example...if I keep searching on Ebay and have looked at lets say 5 different pages how do I go back to the home screen without having to hit the back button 6 times? Hello, I am changing computers. I used Mozilla Firefox on the old computer and now on the new one. It's the same version; I checked. I exported the bookmarks from the old computer as HTML (that was the only option) but when I try to import them to the new computer and the same version of Firefox, they will not import.

Firefox updated to 106.0.2 (64-bit). When I press ctrl-B, my bookmarks appear on the browser's left side as expected. However the text is not visible. If I hover my mouse over an icon is the list for a bookmark, the link appears. Also not all the bookmark icons appear. There are gaps between bookmarks on the list. Again, I have to hover my mouse over those gaps for bookmark info to appear. How do I make my bookmark list readable/usable again?

I'm coming from Chrome to Firefox, one feature where getting distracted is open multiple bookmarks using CTRL/CMD + clicks

Having issues with any tab that I open and navigate to a website that the bookmarks bar just disappears and I have to open an new tab that is not used just to get access to the bookmarks bar.

Not for sure why it collapses itself when actually browsing and was not for sure if there was a solution to fix this. I had searched online and could not find any solutions or anyone that has had the same issues.

I have 2 laptops I will call OLD and NEW. Both have Firefox Browser 104.0.2. I have the Menu Bar at the upper left corner for both OLD and NEW.

On OLD when I click the Bookmarks link in the Menu Bar, i see a few links (Manage Bookmarks, Bookmark current tab, etc). Then below the links I see all my bookmarks listed. I DO NOT have to click on a link to see my bookmarks.

On NEW when I click the Bookmarks link in the Menu Bar, I also see a few links (Manage Bookmarks, Bookmark current tab, etc). And then nothing else. I have to click a link to see bookmarks. How do I get NEW to display my bookmarks without having to click a link?

bold textAfter downloading latest version of Firefox, lost all bookmarks. Followed instructions on restoring, window showed all restored, but all are still missing.

This morning after no noticeable change to my computer, the bookmarks are missing from Firefox. I thought it might be after last update, but that was a week ago (I think) and I didn't have this issue until after the weekend (computer on but not used, system did not restart). The bookmark backups are listed but i get the following error when trying to load them:

"Unable to process the backup file."

I have found the file location, but even trying to do it manually gives the same error.

Is this a bug from the new update?

I have deleted my bookmarks with the Bookmark manager, but where are they now? I cannot find them in /trash and all of the *bookmark* files on my laptop are miniscule (like 127 bytes.) The json files are no better, when I imported previous bookmark files they were empty.

Hello, I upgraded my windows 8.1 system with firefox on it to windows 10. The windows 10 upgrade saved my windows 8.1 files. I installed firefox on windows 10. I deleted the files created by the install in the folder 'profiles'. When I copy my old firefox profile contents into that firefox profile folder, firefox does not pickup my bookmarks and extensions as I had hoped. Is it possible to get firefox to recognize my old profile contents? Thanks, Doug

Have to keep scrolling bookmarks folders from the top instead of being able to pick up where I left off LIKE IT USED TO BE.

Also, instead of being able to right click and open bookmarks in new tabs to try and speed things up, it immediately switches to the new tab, which means having to scroll from the top of the folder AGAIN anyway. And yes, I'm well aware of the "switch to it immediately" option in the settings menu, and that box is UNCHECKED in my settings.

I'm not the only one complaining about this time waster, yet no replies from support on any of the threads.

Many of my bookmarks are corrupted. They point to other websites, not the bookmarked one. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? Thanks for any info/advice. George
