When I go and open any website, a minute later Firefox flickers, it's been doing that for a month now. and I always get this too, a separate issue " This site is slowing down Firefox" yet it never says what site, and when Firefox is the only site open, it still does it.

Hi. Can anyone tell me if it would be possible to display all 3 rows of toolbar bookmarks in my bookmark toolbar? It used to show 3 rows, but I changed my monitor's display settings to make the text bigger, and now I can only see the first row of bookmarks at the top of the screen in Firefox. Thanks.

Upon opening Firefox an update was installed. Now I cannot find any of my bookmarks. How do I go back to previous version/recover? While I understand the need for updates, I don't understand it not automatically migrating important data.

I'm getting warning emails (2 so far) that windows 8.1 will no longer be supported after I think the end of this year and that I should buy windows 11. Since I use firefox exclusively, does this warning affect me? I'm not very computer savvy and am not sure what is the relationship mozilla firefox to windows (I think it's microsoft windows). I guess this computer has windows 8.1 but I'm not sure. Also, awhile back, microsoft edge showed up on my laptop but I've never even opened it, not even sure what it is. Not sure exactly when but I bought this Asus laptop but it's been several years. Thank you very much for any instruction and/or advice you may be able to give me. Randy Boone. When I search for driving schools in my area; my driving school comes up with two stars. Several months back my 4.9 rating with over three hundred reviews would come up. Someone changed the way it is coming up and it's showing two stars with one review from Yelp? Please help me. This is not fair?

I'm on Facebook, only browser open is Fire Fox, FB freezes up and I get this "Page is slowing down Firefox, press STOP." to spped it up, what Page? I'm only on one page and its Face Book, get this when I'm on other sites too, and Other Browsers don't do this crap. Only fire fox does.

Getting sick of FireFox, I want to search from the GOOGLE SEARCH BAR, not the address bar, but the settings don't work you can choose to have the search bar next to the address bar, but it doesn't work, the google search bar doesn't work either, no matter what setting, your search ends up in the address bar, with all the updates, they don't fix crap on here, when someone makes a complaint, FIX THE CRAP, I don't need to ask 100 people why it wont work, just FIX IT!!

Some web pages displayed by Firefox are dull and unreadable e.g., https://www.vedantalimited.com/eng/investor-relations-shareholder-information.php#scheme_arrangement I have not made any specific display setting, have tested with default settings and also change of themes, but the same dull output. see attached screenshots. The same looks fine under other (Opera) browser

When I get a list of search results I often select more than one, and I do that by right-click and 'open in new tab'. This has stopped working all of a sudden. I can see Firefox opening a new tab, but it immediately closes it again. Opening in the same tab works fine but not a new tab. How do I fix this? Other than using a browser that doesn't fuck me around of course.

Prior to the last two <Firefox> updates (too many, too frequently!), no problem. Both keyboard and mouse were recognized. Since then, only the mouse, although everything's fine when I use Chrome.

I synced forefox data with my email account and when I restore my phone and again sign in error coming ? I also did this on pc but no bookmarks that got synced came and all my storage sites passwords are gone!! what should I do now?

I've got a legacy transformer laptop with an integrated wacom-type sensor screen. Despite all shortcomings of it's age, the laptop's got class.

The main web browser installed is Firefox ESR. In tablet mode, control was handled by the Windows - mouse-like drag'n'drop, marking, but with added scrolling gesture by swinging quickly up and down. Using it in the tablet mode is actually very practical.

Recently, after updating from 91 to 101, browser started to interpret the pen as a finger, controls became clumsy and frustrating. The only way of turning finger gestures off, parameter gestures.enable_single_finger_input described in that question (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/973974) had no visible effect. Have fallen back to 91esr, but this is obviously just a temporary solution. Is there any way to add force-disable parameter or something?

Windows 8.1 would not load last Wednesday, so I "refreshed" it using F10; which stated all files and apps would be retained (what a lie.) Most apps were disabled, or removed, and needed to be re-loaded, as well as about 200 updates which needed to be downloaded, and still being downloaded. When re-loading Firefox my previous bookmarks were not retained, although I think may have located them via a Microsoft remedy (Firefox remedies have been fruitless.) They are not not the old Firefox folder (my most recent entry was 2019,) and not in the places Firefox has suggested looking. I will backup my current 5 days worth of bookmarks, when all of the downloads are current, and try to download the Microsoft suggestion. My question is; why are they NOT automatically saved? And if somebody has a remedy for me please send it as I will not do anything with my bookmarks for a few days.

Went to update to 105.0.1 on a windows 8.1 machine. Update failed, removed previous version and now will not even reinstall running the installer. Installer returns setup.exe Application error. unable to start correctly.

I have an issue related to copying the address from the website. When I try to copy the Location address from the webpage [removed] it does not allow me to copy the address. I have tried many times but it does not allow me to copy the address.
